Went in store, placed order online with my girlfriend and was waiting for food. Had to go to restroom so got up and walked to bathroom, a female employee was walking out and said
"Someone just went into the bathroom."
Me: "oh okay, cool can I get the code?"
Employee: "No I'm not giving you the code, it's on your receipt."
"I ordered online I don't have a receipt"
"Yes you do, it's on your receipt"
I laughed and started walking back to my girlfriend to check the online receipt for the bathroom code. As I was walking away the employee said "I can let you into the women's restroom and you can use that."
I still proceeded to walk to my girlfriend and check the receipt, and guess what? Absolutely no bathroom code on the online receipt.
I go back and go to the bathroom & while I'm in the bathroom I can lverhear the employee saying "he said it's not on his receipt so obviously he didn't order."
After I came out the bathroom, I canceled my order. How unprofessional of you to try and say I was lying to go to the restroom. I am a paying customer and that's how you treat a patron? Maybe instead of going and talking 💩 with your co worker, maybe ask me directly if I placed an order and to see my receipt. Absolutely unprofessional.
Also for the store, when you reply and say that its on the paper receipt after I pick up my food. Why do I need to wait until your slowest sandwich maker is done making my food AND the customer who was in front of us to use the restroom? I've never had a resturant deny a paying customer the bathroom. Yall are something else out here in...
Read moreThis is absolutely, hands down, the worst Subway I have ever been to. Pretty disappointing because I just moved up the street. I came in after a long day of moving. I approached the counter and both ladies behind the counter couldn't look any less enthused that I was there. They made it feel as though my business was unwanted and annoying. Not only were both employees rude and short with me. They basically threw ingredients into the bread as fast and carelessly as possible. When it was time to ring my order I handed the girl my receipt with a code for a free cookie, she asked rudely "What is this?". I explained it was for a free cookie because I completed a survey. She rolled her eyes, crumpled the reciept and threw it in the trash. Then scrambled for the cookie. When I was leaving I forgot water cups. I went back to the counter and asked for some. She rolled her eyes yet again, and basically tossed them to me. Wow! Unbelievable! I will never be back! I am astounded that the employees can get away with treating people like dirt. You've definitely lost...
Read moreI've been to this subway 3 times since it's opened, it's right in between my office and my home. Every time I've gone, the bread has been TOTALLY STALE.
The first time it was Italian herbs + cheese, and the whole sub was rock hard. I literally had to pick my food out from the sub with a fork because the bread was that bad!
The second time, I went for breakfast. Seemed safe because they make their bread in the morning, but WRONG. I got a flatbread sandwich and it must have been at least a day old because it was also inedible. I didn't even toast the sandwich, it was just that hard.
The third (and last) time was just now. A coworker picked us up sandwiches, and the whole right side of my footlong is inedibly stale.
I don't know what these idiots are doing, the bread costs them 10 cents and they're so cheap they are serving day old stale bread. DO NOT GO HERE, it is worth the trek up 104th to the...
