Dear Taco Bell Management,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent visit to your establishment. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor customer service from the manager an old lady on duty, which I feel warrants attention.
During my visit, I ordered several items, but upon receiving my order, I noticed that several items were missing. When I brought this to the manager's attention, she informed me that the restaurant was out of certain items and chose to omit them from my order without any notification. When I inquired about the possibility of replacing the missing items, she responded dismissively, asking me what my problem was, despite the fact that I had paid $7 for a minimal order that included a cardboard box of Cinna Twists and a taco.
To make matters worse, when I requested a refund for the missing items, she denied my request without providing any explanation. Additionally, I noticed that she attempted to fill my order with other items in a way that made it appear more complete than it actually was. This lack of transparency and unwillingness to accommodate my requests left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.
I hope that you can address this issue to ensure a more positive experience for future customers. Thank you for your attention to...
Read moreSo let's start with the ice tea that was cloudy and tasted like water. So perhaps it was best described as caramel colored water, which is odd because most don't brew their ice tea.
Them progress to the lump of black beans in my protein chicken bowl that went uneaten because the lump was rather unappetizing in appearance.
And round out with them asking if I wanted to round up for their education charity to which I said yes twice and they failed to round up for change... Okay, so you ask, I remind you and you still fail to participate in doing this?? Really????
You just had to touch the button and I am the one actually spending the money and you don't do it... how many times has this happened? Once no problem? We all make mistakes. Multiple times, it's starting to add up. Here's the thing. He did not seem to care, even when I reminded him and when he did not follow through...my hope is he was training and not that he didn't care. Because giving back is important to me! Both in the work I do, through my company and these community drives. So please take the time to round up for change. It all adds up and it matters.
Serve quality ice tea and black beans that both taste...
Read moreI came through the drive thru at about 4:00pm-415pm on Sunday. I came up to the order/menu speaker and a girl came on telling me they are out of service for the drive thru. Instead of asking me to come inside and order, she told me they were closed. I found it strange that the speakers were working and no explanation of why they were closed at 4pm. I thought she was being held up or endanger. I work in the security field. I then turned around and came back to the inside and found her workmates with others hanging out, chatting and laughing. Not working. They looked shocked I walked in and questioned their behavior. I asked where is your manager? They said the manager comes in 15 minutes. I left without ordering of course. They were taking their friends order and didn't even ask me or apologize for the rude behavior. There clearly needs to be a meeting on manners and behavior in a corporate company. Professionalism and customer service skills lacked badly here. The girl was brunette medium to heavy set, medium complexion. The boys were light hair, thin, very young acting. Very immature attitudes. I rate this experience a and...
