Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Compton

It was terrible all around! Need customer service training!!!!! Chicken was super old and could NOT be eaten. We had an elderly person who needed to eat,but the chicken sandwich was double fried and tasted OLD! Fries were cold, barely edible. Our cashier was rude (Caroline C.). Then we asked another lady there for Napkins, and she said she couldn't because she had to clock back into work 1st. It was a waste of our time & money!!! We could've chosen another restaurant, but Carl's usually is a good choice. NOT this Carl's absolutely positively the WORST one we've ever encountered. Regret going to this place!!! Go anywhere else!!!!!!!!! The only good point this place had was a young man who helped us with the door for the elderly...

It literally took 5 minutes for them to take my order which I didnt place one out of frustration. Then I was stuck there for another 5 minutes waiting for cars to move. There's a reason why it's called "fast food".

After 10 minutes when I finally reached the window, I told the young lady that I hadn't order anything so it wouldn't mess up her process. She just looked at me as if I had said something disrespectful. Not even an apology for holding the line.

I understand if a customer before me placed a large order but asked them to wait in the parking lot don't hold everyone else hostage. Anyhow, there's a McDonalds literally across the street with surprisingly much better service and a...

Went to drive thru on my half hour lunch which was at ten at night. Waiting behind some dude who took like five minutes just to order, then my turn to order the cashier says, "I'll be with you in just a moment.". Waited another five minutes the cashier says "Welcome to Carl's Jr., we're taking cash only right now, is that okay?" I did not have cash on me, and had to wait another fifteen (another car now behind me) minutes to get out of the drive thru to not get any food. My question is, why not put a sign up at the beginning of the drive thru so I don't get trapped in your drive thru twenty five minutes to not get any food. ...
