I was so excited to try this place because there are no funnel cake locations near me and this was the closest. When I arrived at the location, it was at an actual house and the funnel cake is made in the backyard with a nice setup. With that being said, I was still excited to try it and gave it a chance. My boyfriend got out to purchase and said the customer service was really good and the people are very kind. But once I got home to try the funnel cake, the after taste hit quickly very bitter and the funnel cake was undercooked. I think the bitterness came from the oil used to fry it or maybe how often the oil is changed. Again the customer service was great and the person assisting was very kind, but the funnel cake ordered was plain with only powdered sugar, and unfortunately it was not good and I couldn’t eat more than one bite because of that funky aftertaste. I drove all the way from Antelope Valley just to see what all the rage is about. When I arrived I was astounded by the hospitality and professionalism. But the best was yet to come.
