Mariscos Las Palmas de Colima — Restaurant in California

1st time here. It local in my area about 9 min away. Large outdoor seating area. They have 8 booth seating outside against the wall. And about 30 tables that can be used for a party of 4 or connect the tables to have a larger party. There is a Touch Tunes music kiosk. Also a Banda showed up and began to play for paying customers. You seat yourself and the waitresses come with a menu and let you know they will return to take your order. It may take a bit we waited about 10min before our order was taken. Our waitress was Sandra she was very polite. My party was of 3 - 2 adults and 1 toddler. There are high chairs available. We order 1 Shrimp Cocktail, 2 Chicken Tacos, 1 Asada Taco, 1 Chorizo Taco, 1 Imitation Crad Tostada, 1 Basket of Small Fries, 1 Michelada and 2 Bottle Cokes. It took about 15 min to get our food. We noticed some white buckets on some tables...they were beer buckets, they look like paint buckets with the handle. There was no soap in the mens restroom. There was a bottle of Santizer next to the order take out window, I applied and shared with my party...and when I began to smell the sanitizer I swear it smelled like Jose Cuervo Tequila. Well at least there is alcohol in it lol. There are no condiments on the tables you need to ask for them. Tacos have flavor. The Shrimp Cocktail was great too, needed Tapatio. The Fries were cooked perfect. The Imitation Crab tostada was good, needed Tapatio. We asked a waitress with Leopard Framed Glasses for some Tapatio and she came back around and asked me if they had brought me the Tapatio, I said no and she said ok...of course I was thinking she was going to bring it, but that never happened. So next time I am going to bring my OWN TAPATIO BOTTLE & OTHER SALSAS. I will be coming back and of course bringing my own condiments maybe...

First of ALL A Huge thanks to Ashley who served us 🎉👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 EXCELLENT costumer service & just being a bag of smiles 😊 I enjoyed her energy! I found this place online exiting the freeway in a frenzy to find some fresh juices, smoothies & fruit for a romantic breakfast with Hubby 😍😏 & this place popped up 👀🕵 boy was I happy to find this spot. It's super outdoor dining friendly weigh a beautiful CHILL atmosphere. You could bring your kids if you like or happy hour with your friends as they also well beer 👌🏼😁 Anyhooo....this morning was about obtaining fruits & such....Ashley was patient with me as I instantly became indecisive once I read their menu. They offer sooo many options of fris freshly prepared foods & a bonus is the mariscos las Palmas that their paired with that makes this plane just THAT much sweeter 😍💯. My advice, PULL UP 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 this is a 5 Star JOINT 4 REAL! 💯⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ they have avg array of desserts too 👀🕵...I ordered a fruits smoothie with a ginger shot. Hubby ordered the fresh fruit with chamoya tajin & limon 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 I can't rave ENOUGH about this PLACE. Visit & you WON'T be disappointed 💯⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love the Micheladas here.I remember back in the days The Mariscada would be given in a big tray now it's given in a small dish,(which I'll still get cause it's delicious but I won't be happy about it lol) another thing is the tostada de Jaiba they usually give you like a little mountain and the last time I came they gave me I don't even know what that was but that was just sad and heartbreaking I wanna say it was just that day because my sister went about a month later and she said they hooked it up again.Now as far as employees go....let's just say I go there for the food and not the service, if I'm lucky I will get a nice friendly server but that has been rare lately, they aren't to attentive,one girl in the front looks so serious when you pay It's sort of intimidating lol like hey girl I'm smiling at you and I just get this serious look back the whole time no smile no Thank you, but like I said before I am there for the fooood 😋 not the service so I don't mind getting up and asking for the salt, ketchup, tapatio,napkins or Lemons rather than wait for the waiter.I will continue to come here and enjoy...
