Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Compton

First time ordering at a Jimmy Johns. After figuring out what they have I placed order with friendly guy and Paid. I noticed the freebie menu and asked what was on the sub I ordered and Lady getting ready to make sub had a serious attitude like I should know already. At that point just wanted out of this place but already paid so I told her what I wanted and let her make it. She became much more pleasant after I put a tip in the jar. I only tipped because I didn't want my sub to get spit on or something. Other than that I don't know what the problem was but anyway sub is OK although bread is really tough. After a tip she was nice. I understand where I am at and I'll be heading home to Texas tomorrow. Just not use to behavior like that. Second time the two girls working there at 12pm didn't do my order right. This time was a complete disgrace and they didn't gaf. I asked for 2 number 15s but what I ordered she suggested 2 number 3s and just add cheese. I asked for two tuna sandwiches double tuna, hollow out bread. One with no cucumbers and the other with cheese, with sauce and oregano. I got no sauce or oregano on either and they put cheese on both. It's written down on the receipt and YET they did what they wanted. The picture I have of the special sandwich is nothing of what I asked. Why did I pay extra for something I didn't get.. SMH. I ordered 2 Littles and 2 regular sandwiches online and waited to go pick it up because I didn't want to sit around the store waiting (I have kids, I dont have time for that). Upon arrival, the cashier stated the order was big and they waited on me to show up before making the order 🤨. I had to wait another 15 minutes for the sandwiches while looking at the "Preorder" rack that was completely empty 🤣 and the person preparing the sandwich was in Training being coached through the order. The only saving grace was the sandwiches; the sandwiches were delicious.
