Okay, so I've had the worst experience at this location. The evening shift is kind, but the night shift it bad š. They always have an attitude, and they've served raw chicken to us twice. The first time I called and they hung up, I was too far to get my money back or return the item they went to waste. Second time we ordered a sandwich and it was cold we went back in attempts to just get our order and we tried handing them the food kindly and we didn't want a refund just wanted to have our order remade the girl refused to help and said she couldn't touch our food. But she had handed it to us less than a minute before we attempted an exchange not a refund then the cook a lady who is Mexican laughed and said she wasn't going to make it. I work in customer service myself so I get they have difficult customers so I approached the situation calmly. They both laughed, and talked mess in Spanish. I understand Spanish, which was the funny part because I understood what they were saying. I feel like corporate needs to revoke their food handlers card because serving raw chicken should be the biggest red flag. I do not recommend...

That's the usual im not complaining about that. This afternoon I make a stop and place an order from thr drive thru...I pull up and pay for my food. She swiped my card but instead of handing it back to me she carries on prepping orders with the other cook... she comes to the window to ask if I want sauce...I say no and im double checking my wallet to see if im tripping about my card...she still has it and she seems to return to helping the cook....then I see her with a pen and receipt paper and I grow suspicious..I check my account to check if she swiped the card for my order and she most certainly did...so I turn off my card cause now im uncomfortable ...3 more minutes pass and she returns but only to ask if I wanted sauce for a second time. I politely tell her no, but I would appreciate my card...dont trust this place....I can tolerate limited staff and extended wait as a result but not...

I gave him a screenshot of the order in case they ask since they didnāt ask me for a name. My dad calls me once he gets there and I hear the employee yelling at my dad in the background telling him (with an attitude) to ask me what the order was. I almost went there myself because thereās no need to be yelling at a customer over an issue that couldāve been solved without the attitude of the employee. I shouldāve listened to the reviews and just have gone to the other Popeyes down compton for better service and better quality food. 0/5 stars...
