Ordered a concha and Guayaba empanadas. Unlike the dry and hard empanadas I’ve had at other bakeries, these guava empanadas were amazing and not overcooked…they were so flavorful and soft, the concha was light, soft and fluffy, both clearly baked fresh today. Delicious!! A tiny and modest bakery, the women working the front staff were very friendly. I visited on a Tuesday morning around 9am and there was a line but it moved quickly. They have a parking lot on the side of the building. Would highly recommend this bakery, especially for their guava empanadas! 2 for $2.50.

I love this bakery. They're constantly putting out fresh breads and pan dulce because this place is so busy. It is not unusual to have to wait in line outside because it's that good. I was just there last night and got fresh and hot conchas. The line was going into the parking lot at 8 pm.

Ok, so, after finally making effort to try this place out. A coworker raved about it. It's highly rated on Google. I'm like ok, let's go, I'm at the front door 6am as the metallic door is opening, a small line had already formed, all with excited faces, probably regulars I would say, so I waited patiently as I looked around and finally ordered a little bit of a lot of things. And they suffered fine the same thing. While all the breads tasted good, it had that, day old bread texture. Like - wasn't made in the last couple hours. Like it was leftover from day before or even before that, now me being a new comer, I'm wondering if everyone got the fresh stuff from the back, but either way. It would be a quality issue or a service issue for not giving me a potentially better product. So I left ok. But dissatisfied. Some of the best tasting pan dulce that seems like a day. Very...

So upon crossing the bakery, se' me antojo' un cheesecake! Was just done smoking a cigarette, and I was hesitant on giving off tabacco smell but I still went anyway! Shelves hadn't not even 1 on display, so I proceeded on asking if second selection was of the cheesecake family, ol girl from there, I believe the youngest of all them made my day by not only bringing me 1 but 2 of them from out back, I gotta say! Had I gone somewhere else that day, they'd deny me my cheesecake and would'be turned me around all while not even checking and seeing for themselves if their stock is up to par. This is why I say! Superb service at its BEST there, the quality of this bakery, you really haven't been in Compton if you don't get San Antonio's...
