I do not recommend coming to the storm especially if you're gonna go to the butcher. I went to the butcher to get some meat. That they were on so why? I was letting him know what I wanted I didn't get to finish Telling him I'll what else I wanted Another customer walked up and asked. Where do they have some type of chili that they were looking for I didn't get to finish telling him what I wanted. He walked away from me to go attend to her while he was still helping me out. Another worker that came up to me and asked me if i'd been helped or not. And I told him I was until your co-worker walked away from me to help another person and I wasn't done So the other co-worker helped try to help me out when he saw that I was talking to the co-worker he rammed back and said was there anything else you wanted? I thought you were done I told him. No I said I was still ordering. And you turned around and walked away from me to help another person. Why, I still told you something? Now? The other co-worker is helping me out. I don't need your help anymore. He then proceeded saying no, no, I'm gonna help you. Telling the other co-worker to go back to work? The service and quality of the food has truly gone down hill. The bakery is so chaotic plenty of people working there but no one to attend customers. Lack of disorganization. Always check your milk date cause there milk that is old and pass it’s date. On Thursday September 7th,2023 I bought deli meat. The butcher shop was being repaired because their meat fridges weren’t working. How do I know? Because they had no meat and there was a technician fixing the fridge display where the meat is kept. That should have been my first hint not to buy anything. I bought ham and head cheese. Two pounds of each. Biggest mistake of my life. The display where the hams is kept has flies and the cheese is exposed to those flies and cream. Guess people are fine with eating fly contaminated food. So i noticed the hams are not even kept in the fridge they leave them next to the deli cutter for who know how long. I should have known what was to come I ate the deli meat and I got sick. Food poisoning when that’s all I had ate. Deli meat is dangerous not to be properly store and this store risks it to much. Proper handling of the deli meats is required but the employees don’t cause. I would steer clear of the deli section. After having food poisoning due to their deli meats I can’t trust...

Overall the place is okay. I live a few blocks from superior so this is my go to for groceries but today I did not have a good experience. We were walking down the isle where the cereal is located at and 2 bags of sugar (zulka morena cane sugar) fell off the rack they just slid off so I asked my daughter (who is 3 1/2 years old) to pick them up, you know being a Good Samaritan. And as she bends down 4 bags slide down and fall on her back and head and these bags are 4lbs each! My daughter gets up startled and grabs her neck One of the securities kindly redirected me to the manager Juan and all he did was oh ok thank you and I’m telling him what happened and he didn’t care! He just said thank you have a nice day! And I’m telling him again they fell on her back and head! 4 of them! And he asks her oh are you ok?
