Horrible customer service. I have been here three times only. I bought a double stroller and i asked if there is warranty for it. They told me of 30day warranty. It had been a week with it and my wife tried to use it once and it was too heavy so she just wanted something simpler. We went back to see if we could exchange and get the difference back. They looked at me and like we stole it and asked for the box also. Then they said the tires are worn out i told them we havent even used it i just assembled it and it would fit in our coupe car and was too heavy for my wife to travel with the two kids. They wouldnt accept it after so much waiting for manager after manager we gave up waste of time and money we bought a new car and only use it when i travel with her. We went two more times to shop there. Lines are long and when they open new lines they make you guess. Some employees have an attitude like they dont want to work. The managers even have attitude. Customer service in this store doesnt exist. I went to other Burlingtons and they have helped me. Compton Burlington needs to be re-staffed or retrained asap. I spend on baby supplies and they have good prices just horrible customer service. When you open a new line and have lines that are long get some customers from those lines to your new line. Dont stay quiet and wait for brand new customers to go to your lane. I spent 10minutes in 1 line and three others opened. Not one cashier mentioned or tried to help the long lines. People fought for line spots. Horrible mess created by lack of management. Not returning to this Burlington too bad because that is the closes one target would do since they at least treat you right and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis store was not fully organize with the women clothing rack. Very confusing in finding sizes plus the clearance rack is useless. Clearance rack is bit over priced and scampi in merchandise. I'd a very poor encounter with one of the managers. She was very rude and prejudiced toward my returning a few items. Plus she lied about one of my items claiming it was not on my original receipt after the alarm sounded off at the door while I was leaving the store which made me look like I was stealing the sweat pant. She tried to set me up because i was defending myself in my returned items. After searching my receipt she claim that i didnt pay for the item. After I'd search my receipt it was paid for. This hispanic manager was not nice especially at the Compton store. She made a few nasty remarks that my return items was smelly and I wanted to tell her that she must be smelling her mouth. I'm going back with my original receipt plus the other one that's I've proof of my paid item. These types of managers need to rethink how they treat their customers and be apologetic when they're wrong. I'll not let it stop here because it was so embarrassing the way everyone that was waiting in the line saw what happened. I'll call the right resource to speak on my experience. She thinks she has gotten away with her wrong doing but not on my part. This matter needs to be corrected...... As for me I'll rethink shopping at this Compton store in the near future and stick with the Inglewood's store. I wanted to slap the smirk off her damn face but I'm bigger than that....... I've her name and date the incident has occurred on. People like this cannot think it's okay to hurt others just because....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOne star and I wish there was an option to give none!! I went into this store to return and item I stood in line with 3 people ahead of me and 6 cashiers . One of the people had a lot of stuff so the cashiers started picking up one hanger at a time and looking to see that the one cashier who was helping was still ringing, they refused to even move! FIVE of them. When I asked to speak to the manager they still didnāt move which I could see why because once Ms Renee came to the front they still did absolutely NOTHING and then she had the ordacity get an attitude when I asked who the area manager was!! I have worked for this company (corporate ) before and I know this is NOT at all what they stand for. People refuse to earn their money even with the pandemic if you donāt wanna work or have good customer service GO HoME! This is not the customer service or work ethics the city of Compton needs. Ms. Renee needs to be retrained or she needs to be let go, itās apparent she does not need her job as she is not a good model for the young people that were working there today, she has a bad disposition no enthusiasm whatsoever ever and she was not friendly at all. I will be talking to corporate about her and the bad experience at store #00745. We deserve better people shop and that creates hours and hours...
