So I have been coming here religiously daily spending $7.16 up to 20 bucks per day. The staff has always been great, however once the girls learn the drinks and menu and start to be efficient they end up leaving and going to college or a different career path. Recently I had a special on my app that said maple Mondays ($2.00 for a latte choice of two different ones) I don't really drink these but for 2 bucks because I have the app I thought let's get one! After ordering I saw they charged me full price for a drink I really didn't want, just ordered it because I was a valued member and could get it for 2 bucks. All the fine print, details and disclaimers on the app were followed. The young lady had a hard time pulling it up on her app so said I had to pay full price, after arguing for a solid 5 minutes and holding up about 6 cars behind me I said it's fine just cancel my entire order and I will not be back here and I'd like to talk to a manager later today! All you have to do is plug in 2 dollars for my drink and figure out your app problems later. But no I was being told it's not valid 3vwn though I kept saying it is valid every single detail on my app says it is valid. Needless to say I got my drink for the special price after a long time having to argue and cause somewhat a scene for it. It was not the money as I have given multiple employees who when their last day there going off to college who have been pleasant, quick and efficient for me for months of getting to know them there l have given them $100 tip! I stopped by in the morning drive thru on my way to work. I had a coupon for a $3 Maine Maple Cold Brew. The barista told me to hold on a second and I assume took the coupon to show to her manager. She came back and said this coupon was only for the Manchester location. As you can see in the picture, the fine print is blurry and hardly legible. Read moreEdit 9/14/17. With everything I love about Aroma Joe's, I wouldn't be a effective Google Local Guide if wasn't committed to staying unbiased in my reviews. There is one problem. With such a gorgeous storefront, the bathroom is always extremely disgusting. I understand people can be animals at times, but at what point does the next customer need to be affected. I think maybe an hourly bathroom checklist inclusive of a 'how was your experience' is necessary. I suggest doing some research and use the Irving a little bit up Loudon Rd as an example. Their bathrooms are so clean it's crazy. But they have a non intricate system of maintaining its cleanliness... Called consistency.
