My girlfriend placed a mobile order for me to pickup in the drive thru, there were only a couple of cars ahead of me, but it still took a very long time. As soon as I got to the window, I could see the reason it was slow service. Only 2 workers running the entire store, including having to take orders at the front counter!
The ladies were phenomenal under the pressure of a lunch rush, wrapped drive thru and several customers waiting in the lobby. I got my order, brought it to my girlfriend at work. We realized they had forgotten barbecue sauce, and very little ice for our drink, which given the situation was completely understandable, so I'm not upset at them for it. I decided to see if I could go back in and speak with a manager.
Upon entering the store, I once again witnessed the chaos of no staff, including no management. No ice in either machine for the drinks. I don't know who the two girls were, but they're amazing! I asked to speak with a manager, but they said the assistant manager wouldn't be in until 2, so I waited until 2 in order to speak with the assistant manager. I waited until all of the other lobby customers were taken care of and then had to wait at the front counter for about 5 minutes while the assistant manager, Brittany, was on the phone with someone. She completely ignored me and the drive thru customers while yelling on the phone at whoever she was speaking with, pacing around behind the line.
After my wait, she came up and asked what I needed. Not very friendly either. I simply said that I'd like the name of the General Manager and the store owner. Her rude response was "what for" and I again politely said it's to place a complaint about the issues. Brittany proceeded to snap at me about it and demand to know why I needed to talk to them or needed their names. I stood my ground and told her that there is no ice in either machine, which she quickly interrupted me to "explain" that the machine was being worked on, but I saw no work van anywhere in the parking lot. As I tried to voice my other complaint about them being understaffed and explain the other issues, I was once again interrupted by Brittany. I told her I needed the names of the General Manager and the owner, so I could address these concerns. She rudely grabbed her own name tag and said she was the assistant manager and corporate knows about all of the issues, so if I wanted to complain, they're the ones I needed to speak with about everything. At this point, I got very upset by the way I had been treated, so I told her that I have a right to speak with the General Manager and know who the franchise owner was in order to file a complaint with the corporate offices. Mind you, she is still on the phone with whoever she had been talking to and told me I needed to leave HER store or she would call the cops, walking away while making a rude comment that I'd only been in the store for 2 minutes and already had a complaint. Little did she know that I had picked up an order from the drive thru and then came back in to observe what was going on during the lunch rush, so I told her that as she stormed into the manager's office. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by an assistant manager about getting the GM or owner's information to complain about the working conditions, so I can see that assistant manager Brittany is likely one of the 3 problems with this location, the other 2 being the GM and owner. Shame on her, the GM and the franchise owner for allowing these kinds of working conditions for the other workers and refusing to make things better for the customers. I will never go back to this location and I advise others to avoid it as well, or go there and experience it first hand, but be patient with the workers, it's not...

The burgers made her sick and the mozzarella sticks were dry and old when she pulled them apart, they snapped like a rubber band. Also, the cheese was orange like cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese is supposed to be white so that was gross. I ordered a nine piece chicken fry meal and asked if she would be able to make them fresh because when they’ve been sitting in the warmer all day, they get hard and dry and really crunchy and she said “yeah” but my order was out way too fast to have had them made fresh not to mention when I tried eating one it was hard as a rock dry as a bone and barely heated through. This meal and my daughters meal cost $19.80 which is outrageous for over cooked food that’s been sitting in the warmer all day especially when we asked for fresh. I would not go...
