Maverick's Bistro — Restaurant in Conneaut

Not sure if mavericks bistro is aware of this but, you can't make money if you don't open your own store. They seem to not know how to do the most basic of thing's... Such as.. you know... Being "OPEN" during the time that's listed.. Mavericks use to have a store in Youngstown and now have permanently closed there door's due to the business not being profitable... Um well... Maybe if you guys were OPEN during the SPECIFIED HOUR'S and let me and others SPEND MONEY.. you just might be able to pay the rent... Not sure who runs this business but my God, are they the most incompetent people on earth. For year's, they couldn't open on time or at all on some day's. ._. real shame, it use to be my spot for some MASSIVE yummy tenders and fries! Oh well... Only a matter of time before this locations goes under...

Went to Mavericks for the first time tonight. Ordered chicken with a side of coleslaw. I should have left after seeing the girl cooking NOT change her gloves NOT ONCE after touching frozen food, fresh food, hot food the fridge, fixing her hair, adjusting her mask yet never changed her gloves. DISGUSTING! Than to boot the cole slaw was absolutely terrible. It was very spoiled & had a terrible odor to it. The appearance of the employees was not presentable at all. And lastly there trash can needed some major attention, the trash was starting to build on the sides of the can. The chicken was okay, not enough to make me want to go back again. Very...

Mavericks Bistro is one of those places that you wouldn't think is anything special until you order there and anything and everything you order is amazing. One thing that definitely stands out is their selection of cheesecake for being in a truck stop this place is phenomenal I can simply tell you I don't believe there's one thing on their menu that is not good. It's amazing and comforting that somebody finally thought outside the box and put such a great little spot have a restaurant inside a truck stop. 5 Stars hands down. Also don't look past the fried chicken they have. Also...
