Pat's Fireside Pizza — Restaurant in Conneaut

Update: 11/16/2024 Went bowling and wanted to feed kids dinner. Went in and placed order at 6:30ish after we get set up for bowling. Was told 30 minutes. 30 minutes go by and I go check on the food. Wait and watch 3 take-out orders go by and finally ask where my order is.

I watch as they go and put my cheese sticks and fried mushrooms in to cook....JUST THEN!

I had to wait another 35 minutes... It was insane.

I will start with the service, the bowling alley and bar were slow this night, Saturday 10/26/2024. Kitchen staff all hanging at the bar. No one paid attention to me, older lady came up, annoyed I was there to order....how dare she do her job I guess? Took my order, walked away after I asked how long. Got home and was excited to eat the food because of all the good photos and reviews. The sauce is horrid and the Stromboli tasted awful! The cheese was the most offensive, as it tasted very old. I was very disappointed and good money wasted!! They tried to hide something with the seasoning, because that's all I got a mouthful of the first bite... I won't be back...very unfortunate to have a kitchen crew care so little about the food they provide...

Pizza is great but it takes hours to get. I ordered at 415 for 6pm pickup. It's 647, I still have no food.

Update, it was after 7pm when I was finally given the food. I was over an hour late bringing food to the men working an extra 12 hours on a Saturday. They did give us free burnt fried mushrooms and undercooked cheese sticks. Mushrooms were not edible but they just reheated the cheese sticks. When you're that far in the weeds, stop taking orders for a moment. More than 3 people that walked in without orders in already left without being acknowledged. Every job I've ever had was customer service or every position in the bar and restaurant from hostess to cook to expediter to waitress to bar tender to dish washer. I was also charged tax...

It's. Ok. I personally think it's a little pricey but if that doesn't bother you can get pretty good food. But if you want your pizza to not be soggy order light on sauce and watch the toppings you out on as well!! If you wanna eat and cosmic bowl make sure you order your food 1 hour before hand. Every time I go I do the same thing and order the same thing for one cheese pizza light on sauce when it's been time to go get it it's not ready and then when you do get it bowling is over in 30-20 minutes. The bowling is fun, no bumper guards though and sometimes waxed to far out me and a friend fell a few times there a couple times on us cause we were doing...
