I never do reviews on google but I had to put this out there so people are aware. This facility is awful. We had a terrible accident that happened September 2022 and my baby (who was not quite a month old at the time) almost died. Around 4am my baby almost suffocated to death. We got rushed to this hospital, and even though my baby was pale, breathing improperly and limp like he was lifeless they did not seem very concerned. That acted as if he was just a normal sleeping baby. I was so afraid to lose him. They didn’t act in any kind of urgent manner or anything. I kept telling them that he is not himself, he’s not acting right, this isn’t normal. And they knew what happened. They didn’t even try to give him oxygen. They just kept poking him trying to get an IV in and to test his blood. My baby didn’t even cry. Babies cry when they get hurt!!! He was not acting right at all! I just wanted someone to help my baby! I was also lied to. I was told transport was on their way to take him to Cleveland but then I find out a little while later they hadn’t even got in contact with them because just then at that moment they had decided they probably should call them. My baby was laying there while they poked him with needles, didn’t bother giving him oxygen, and they walked around slowly as if nothing was wrong. Finally about 6 or 7 hours later we were finally at Rainbows in Cleveland. I will never take myself or any of my kids to that facility again. If they would have just tried to give him oxygen, it might have reduced his risk of having a stroke. Yes my not even 1 month old baby had a stroke. Please just go to a...
Read moreI just moved out to Conneaut and needed to be seen at the ER. So I went to the closest one to my house which happened to be uh Conneaut medical Center. Never in my life have I been treated this terrible in the whole nine years I've had Crohn's Disease. The ER doctor told me that I did not have Crohn's Disease & That I've been there a million times. When in fact this was my first time coming here. Then He said that he was not going to give me narcotics and said this to me about a good eight or nine times when I never even asked for any type of pain medication. When the doctor came back in the room for the second time he asked me if I still wanted to be treated since he was not going to give me Narcotics and the only thing they were going to do is give me zofran and a bag of fluids and that he wasn't going to CatScan me either or run any other tests. Three different nurses tried to give me an IV and they had no idea what they were doing so I left and went to ACMC. This can't possibly be the first time that this doctor has treated someone who is sick like this. This isn't ok at all. I will never come back here again. This was truly the worst experience...
Read moreFirst off they did a wonderful Job for my daughter every time she came in, but as for me, horrible care first time I came in there. A woman doctor told me I had a hernia, but there was nothing wrong with it. It wasn’t obstructing anything I went to ARMC after going to Conneaut ER three times for it and when I went to ARMC finally they took it out right away the next morning they kept me they said it was very bad and it was going to strangulate me and then a week ago. I go there for the flu dehydrated and instead of giving me fluids, they give me a suppository which I was sick so I could not even keep that in and they gave me nothing else. And that was the same Doctor so in my opinion, I have worked with other doctors there with my daughter, having to be there And I would say stay away from the female doctor there I have never had a problem with...
