Am on a cross country drive to visit the 48 states. I try and pick small towns and local roads on my drive. As I was crossing over from Montana to head towards Seattle I checked into this small town of Connell that's literally in the middle of nowhere. Has one motel, a couple of gas stations a Subway, a Mexican joint, etc. Total population in the few thousands. Primary place of "interest" nearby is a prison.

Kaffrin's menu is always evolving with added seasonal specials like snow cones in the summer, pumpkin specialty drinks in fall, etc. Kaffrin's also offers white coffee and a variety of Pure Energy flavors (instead of Red Bull).
Bonus, the owner seems to reinvest in and support other small/local businesses. She buys locally roasted beans, sponsors community fundraisers and events, and sells merchandise from several small local vendors...
