Subway — Restaurant in Connell

Due to an "rush" on Game day, they were out of all but two kinds of bread and one kind of wrap. Not necessarily their fault, but this is a small town and game schedules are redily available ahead if time so they can prepare in advance if they so choose.

I ordered ordered a sandwich by the name I got online and was told that they don't have that sandwich. I had to pull out my phone to show them what it was. The employee who built the sandwich was very polite and attentive. 😀

After the sandwiches were made I was informed they were out of bags!!! When I stated that I was walking and didn't think I could carry it without a bag. the cashier didn't apologize, offer to help ar suggest a solution, she just walked away. (Different person than the friendly gal who made the sandwich).

There was no friendly greeting when I came in or a "Have a good day " as I left.

The food itself was excellent. With the exception of the tomatoes, all the veggies were fresh. 😁

They never have meatballs. I have been in there at least 24 times. Only once have they had meatballs. I have stopped ordering substitutes. Now, if they don't have them I just leave. I asked them once why they never have them. They said they only make them once a day and when they are out that is it. This place is run like garbage......So I went back today again at 1:30 to see if maybe they had a meatball sub. Even during lunch. No meatballs....

They have great sandwiches and if you down load the app you can get great deals but I disappointed how they took there meat and thinned it out to try to save a few penny's as much as people pay for the sandwiches they didn't need to get greedy and thin there meat down it what made me quit going is because they tried to be sneaky and cheet there cusumers...
