Needs Help & wouldn't even give a ā, but had to for reviwing! Don't stop, you'll be disappointed. Drive thru was a nightmare and only us in it. Employee was running front counter & ignored us. Once got food, drove around to check & of course missing a portion. Went inside : door was BROKE, no a/c, flies all over the place, guy at front counter was NOT at all customer service skilled at all. Manager was all over the place w/2 other young girls. One in which was sweeping in middle of orders , and other was putting frozen chicken in a tub then reached over to put donut holes in fryer w/the SAME GLOVES she was using for frozen raw chicken!!!š² Manager dropped our chicken strips, and I watched the drive thru take them out. Manager told her these are raw and put in a new batch of strips. I then saw the counter guy slide the mouth portion of cups across to customers. This is a HUGE concern when he was using a cloth to clean the counter & dirty trays from inside service. š· Too much cross contamination for me. Food : fries just thrown in bags, cold and not cooked throughout. Jumbo Jack had the wrong bun, and taco was like a grease ball waiting for sickness. First off this manager she is so incredibly nice and has hired a great team thank God bc before there absolute bad attitude there made u not even want to order! But wow the diff now!! šthere is a guy that works window and his name is Tommy sooo nice !! He repeats your order back to u at speaker & even makes sure once again at window, that itās correct even takes out time to ask u how u are ( I know it doesnāt matter to some) but in the messed up society it matters to us!! The person working the mic is only helping one person from the intercom all the way to the window at a time. The lobby was closed by 8:15pm which forced me to get back in line to get my order corrected. I spent $30 on food that isnāt even hot, itās warm. The fries are clearly old. In total I spent over 30 minutes getting my food and getting it properly made. I will never be returning to this location. What makes this even worse is I came here with a friend and they experienced the same service and incorrectly made order. I donāt know is responsible for this, whether itās the order taker, the cooks, or the manager. Clearly this location isnāt properly staffed nor is order accuracy a priority.
