Subway — Restaurant in Conover

In the interest of keeping this semi-short, I’ll try to be brief. The male employee was wearing visor with dark black hair past his collar. The female employee appeared disheveled in pajama pants and no visor to push back her hair. All foot long sandwiches on our order requested mayonnaise and all the bottles were basically empty so the young lady just splattered what little would come out and moved on. On the last sandwich I asked if she could get more mayonnaise because I always request heavy mayonnaise on both sides of the bread. She returned with a full bottle, but before I could make it known, (and she absolutely did not ask) she squeezed approximately 3 TABLESPOONS down the middle of the sandwich. Being in the company of another person, I didn’t think it would be possible to address the issue without making anyone feel uncomfortable so I left without saying anything. Whoever is responsible for this restaurant is obviously not doing their job. I walk in with two employees sitting and doing nothing. I order 2 meatball sandwiches and was told that I have to wait 10 minutes for them to make meatballs (why sit if they have work to do). So I change my order just to find out that they had to chop onions. Once again why were they sitting? So I go to pay for food that wasn't what I wanted and was charged full price because they were sitting and wasn't prepared for orders, I didn't even hear a sorry. Finally go to get my drinks and without missing a beat they are out of ice. I'm done with this location because this isn't the first issue I've had here. Nasty. Normally when you walk into a subway restaurant I’ll look at the food behind the glass area and the little shelf that they side your sandwich on when they put vegetables on the sandwich. Well the area was nasty with food particles or food droppings everywhere. Didn’t get other vegetables on my sandwich cause of other vegetables mixed together that I didn’t like . That’s probably explained why I was the only one there. Soft drink selection on the fountain machine, only had 3 selections available. And had no ice available for tea.
