Gross food. Absolutely terrible. This was the only restaurant I could find open on the grounds early in the morning, so I tried it, twice. Besides being ridiculously overpriced, the food is terrible. The first day, I did the breakfast “buffet.” Cold overcooked unseasoned eggs. The next day I thought it’d play it safe and purchase a pre-made yogurt parfait. Except it was clearly not made today, as the granola was now oatmeal. I was so embarrassed requesting a refund for the $15 parfait, but there’s no way I was going to eat that. They couldn’t figure out a $5 off $25 that the resort offers. Took over 30 minutes for them to figure something out. The manager said she’d remove 1 of the drinks since they’ve never dealt with this before. We had 5 drinks in total, we were supposed to pay for 4. When I got the family back to the room I noticed they moved that 5th drink back onto my ticket and charged me for 5. I was going to just chalk it up to lesson learned and not to return till I checked my bank account and saw they added additional tip to what I left. Nubia, Jaylon and Ana were great representatives of this restaurant. The pizza can compare to one of Chicago's Pizza. My kids who normally only eat one piece ate several.
