Cook Out — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

The woman that took my order was high, idk what she was on but she got my whole order messed up. Got 3 char grilled chicken trays, 2 original style & one with only chicken, lettuce, & tomatoes and she was all confused and had to call someone over to help her find it on her screen. THIS woman gave me 2 w only bread and chicken, and one with lettuce & tomatoes. Getting the drinks was a pain too, I asked for Fanta and she said “ uhhhhh we don’t have that” and I saw it on the drink fountain so I told her “I want orange Fanta” and this woman was all lost and said “we ont have tha, we only got that” while LITERALLY POINTING at the Fanta. I've never had such consistently bad service, sat at the drive thru window for 20 minutes while the cashier had her back to me and was laughing with fellow employees. My boyfriend had previously gone to the walk up window and was also ignored for 15 minutes, then another irate customer came from the drive through to demand a refund after waiting an extremely long amount of time for her shake, demanding a refund. I had never eaten at this place until today I’ve heard and seen mixed reviews on the place so I decided to check it out I ordered the burger plate with fries and a side of fried okra I was literally able to count the fries and pieces of okra I had 14 fries and 10 pieces of ok oh and I ordered a double burger and only got one patty which I was totally disappointed with but I’ll say the food was actually ok but it’ll be a long time before I make another appearance...
