Bojangles — Restaurant in Tarboro

Waiting in line, still 4 cars from window have already been in line for 30 minutes. Nothing more needs to be said. Unacceptable.

EDIT: Company responds with generic corporate response it gives everyone it gets a bad review from wanting me to do their dirty work to reach out further to them. 1st rule of good consumerism, one shouldn't need to complain or go out of their way to tarnish the reputation of a business in order to get decent service through blackmail, it should be provided to begin with as a default. I came to your establishment as a customer with a neutral disposition. An establishment in which there are many alternatives. I won't spend further time attempting to resolve my issue by providing you more details than what was already provided, ill just go elsewhere. You can't give me back my time, or compensate me in a way I deem appropriate, so you've already lost my business. My goal isn't for you to improve, its to point out how terrible your service is. Its your job to provide your customers with a decent service, which shouldn't be hard as a multi million/billion dollar franchise. But I will give you one good tip, drop the generic copypasta responses on google...

Although the restaurant was clean and the employees were kind as usual the food temperature has not changed. A friend took me to Bojangles this morning for breakfast just to celebrate my birthday. I ordered the steak egg cheese biscuit combo with an orange juice. The steak egg and cheese biscuit was warm at best. The meat was dry the bread crumble from setting for a while and the potato rounds were soggy and taste like potatoes and onions. I'm generally picky when it comes to my food but didn't want to make the slightest of fuss to ruin the day for someone else. I didn't feel like asking that they take the food back for a hot meal. Dining room closed, Drive thru is way too slow. Ordered a 2 PC Supreme kids meal with mash potatoes and gravy, honey mustard sauce and ice water to drink, and one grilled chicken biscuit. Got home, had ONE chicken supreme split in half, no honey mustard, (no sauce at all to be exact) and Sprite was in the cup instead of water, the grilled chicken filet was burnt and hard, and the biscuit was cold and the whole top half was split into 3 pieces, y'all need to do better!! Everyone has off days, but c'mon... why would you serve that?...would YOU eat that? Or serve it to your family?? DO BETTER!!! Take Pride in your work or find something that you truly enjoy.
