I had to leave before I used bad words. Never again will I go there. Miss Linda I think was her name, she was the eldest in the salon who was very pushy and didn't want to give me gel polish as I requested and pretty much would not do anything until I agreed to gel powder. I was referred to this company but she wanted to do as she wanted and not the customer. I ended up paying 50 for the gel powder in which I was supposed to get a manicure too but she did not give me that either. Very unsanitary and did not even allow me to wash my hands. I was supposed to get nail change on my toes but this woman was leaving me to go do eyebrows in another room eventhough I told her I did not have alot of time as she was trying to do others during my appointment. They do not appreciate our black dollars and think they going to treat us any kind of way. I bet if I was another race of people, I would have gotten better service. So with that being said I drove to Wilson the next day and they at VIP nails did my pedicure and Q did everything I wanted and treated me like a queen. Free drinks even had a Moscato wine. Prices listed on site are false advertisement. When asked for a breakdown of my services and cost it was not explained to me in an appropriate manner. The explanation was “prices have increased”. I understand that cost has gone up on everything but your prices online should be updated to reflect all current changes. Even the prices listed inside the salon are inaccurate so what’s the excuse for that!!?? The service was okay but I will never return due to misleading information. Paying nearly $100 for fill in & polish change is insane . Mind you I don’t do designs or any special add ons . I only do plain gel polish & short/med length. I did not get a pedicure , just polish change smh . The lady doing my nails was so adamant on getting me to do designs & other add on’s but I constantly told her I just wanted the basics . Just imagine the cost if I had gotten all those designs !! I’m more upset because I traveled to this business because I THOUGHT they had great prices but I was misled. And there was no apology & no accountability taken for the misinformation. I advise anyone to ask for the total cost BEFORE your services or they will charge you...

I will never ever ever recommend anyone to go to this place of business. What happened to the ones who had it before?? Every time I go here I have a bad experience, and because I was pressed for time I decided to give it one more try, the little Asian woman, she may be the owner I don't know, but she did my pedicure, when she gets to putting my polish on the gel light you stick your feet in scraped my polish, she puts another coat on it but you can still see the area where it had scraped off, I then tell her" you are going to have to put some more polish on it or just do it over" , I had it done on several of them, she then begin to talk in their language and gets mad and wouldn't do my nails she put me off on another nail tech and kept shaking her head like NO I cannot do it for you, mind you when I walked in she was doing someone nails, if I'm going to pay you 40.00 you are going to get this pedicure right.
