OK so I've called the number and got put on hold. I've came in the store twice and ask for the manager, " Gone to lunch",but can " I " Help you? Then here it comes, " I see you've got an older phone, don't you want to upgrade". Always a sale, Always a pitch. I can't afford a " Best plan we have today" so I'm on prepaid, " oh you're on prepaid," Now you're ready to get rid of me. Then stop selling the prepaid cards. And the last two times Ive been in to make a payment, there's no change in the drawer or you can't access my number, " oh you are prepay". So tell me what is so wrong with prepaid? Oh, I know, that 2,or3 year contract. Who is the manager? My next question is will it get any worse, because I don't see it getting any better. BTW- yeah I'm still sore about a customer rep. sending me to another store. It's one of your phones, and you couldn't fix it. But "DUMMY ME" , tried reseting it to factory settings, it finally worked and I didn't have to stay on hold 20 minutes to be told that.

Tarboro store really sucks. There is no enthusiasm about this place. Had a problem with my phone, the guy I had trying to help me, got a call. Within minutes had had told me to go to another store, not a Verizon store, but 252 store. I have a older phone, and everything I go in there, they want me to get that new phone, " Free". Nothing is free. And they think you can't spot a sham, why sign a 2 or 3 year contract when you can't even help me with the older phone. What so I can call there service line, stay on hold 20 minutes, only to be told to restart or turn off the phone. Come on,are we that stupid? God hates ugly. Why lie to me to get my business? The crazy part is this post is world-wide, and I can bet they will not respond back to me. Now think, that is Customer service to the highest...
Read moreJessica Webber was one of the most knowledgeable, sweetest sales representative I have ever had experience with. She helped me with a number of things on my phone especially when it came to setting up my emails and walked me through every step of sending and signing stuff for my new post as head nurse at the hospital. I will never see anyone with Verizon; If she is not there or I'm not in town I will wait for her only. I have had the best experice and will never go to another store either because Jessica went above and beyond and to me that means alot. She is what not just good but excellent customer expwrexper is all about. I will be sending her a lot of business to show my appreciation and will be putting a good word out about her and the Tarboro store. There needs to be more outgoing, respectful, sweet people in sales that are willing to go that extra mile even when she didn't get anything out of it but I will be bringing her a gift card as well because she deserves it with the patience she has with me. Read moreI went to get help installing my screen protector. I'm elderly and my hands shake. I had tried to put the first one on myself, messed it up and bought a new one. A short chubby man asked if he could help. When he found out I wasn't there to buy a new phone he fobbed me off on a man named Chris. I had watched a short video on how to install it so I new how it was supposed to be done. He did everything wrong and half hazardously. He ripped off the sheet instead of lying it down flat on the phone using the frame that came with it. He put it on upside down so he ripped it off and turned it around. It was full of bubbles and he started trying to get them out with his fingers in stead of the little tool that came with it. Instead of starting at the top and going down he was using the squeezie in the middle and in all directions. Before he even started he said I'm not responsible for anything that happens. That should have been my first red flag. I buy lots of stuff from Verizon plus a laptop and notebook too. I won't be back. I'll drive all the way...
