Liquid Gravity Brewing Company — Restaurant in San Luis Obispo

Disappointed with Liquid Gravity on the way they treated families with kids. They simply dropped these cards (see attachment) on tables with kids. It sounded really disrespectful. I feel bad for families with kids. And we could see their disappointment. The place wasn't even full. Plenty of empty spaces, no one was complaining, people were all having fun, including adults, of course, and you would expect kids seating at the table the whole time in a spacious outdoor area? Totally unecessary. Why don't you warn those families about certain rules at the entrance? Why don't you publish rules online or even show them this horrible card idea at the entrance? It was really unpleasant. I saw families leaving the place after receiving that card. I personally closed my tab right away and never coming back even though I like their beer (there are other good options in town anyway). This brewing company makes the best tasting beer I've ever had in my life. It's called "Orange Cream Machine". It tastes like cream soda with a kick of orange. You would never think it was a high ABV, but it is...at a whopping 8%. Everyone around the area is sold out of it due to high demand, so I had to go to the source and went to the brewery itself. I came the one day the tap room was closed (Monday), but spoke to the owner Brendan. I told him how much I loved that particular craft beer and if I could buy a case for myself. He gave me a specific date on when they'll be canning that brew again, but gave me a 16 OZ craft can of a brew called "Milkshake IPA With Mango". I'm drinking it now and I'm absolutely blown away. I've never had a beer that tastes like this and its ABV is 10%. This company needs to expand and get to every bar and liquor store in the State and beyond. I love this place. I have been buying beer from Liquid Gravity since spring of 2020. The owners are so great - they are friendly, personable, and humble, and they make you feel like a regular. Also, they brew FANTASTIC beer. They truly have something for everyone, and no matter the style, the quality and attention to detail is high. I have been into lagers/pilsners as of late, so I snag Crispy Life and Goodnight Munich when I can, but I love Orange Cream Machine, LG IPA and Twist and Stout as well.
