McDonald's — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

A lifetime of free meals could not un-do the damage of what this location has shown me in both service and communication. Once I came there immediately after working a 12 hr night shift, before I continued to college at WGTC, and I had ordered 12 of the breakfast burritos 🌯 to share with my classmates. Upon paying they had asked me to pull up to the first parking, and they would bring the order out to the car. So of course being exhausted, I pulled up, as instructed, cracked my windows about 4½ - 5 inches and proceeded to wait with my car in park and turned off. Unfortunately, after spending sometime waiting, I had dosed off 😪. When 2 hrs later I was awoke to paramedics taping on my windows asking if I was alright. Not only did they completely forget about my order, but didn't even have the curtesy to check on their customer themselves. How embarrassing, and how unorthodox. This is just one example of their poor customer service, communication, and devotion to their position. I no longer wish to eat/shop at an establishment such as this when Burger King has actual fresh food, MADE YOUR WAY. To be fair, I did go back, time, and time, and time again, always resulting with some form of an unpleasant experience to follow each visit. I tried, it does not seem like these things will change. Whether it's due to the location and staffing, or management, etc. My report is based on at least a 4 yr span if not longer. Thank you for not putting a smile on my face, so that maybe I can put a smile on someone else.

McDonald's employees, and representatives... DO...

So I went into this McDonald thinking that costumer service had changed. Same old thing. Servers took more drink brakes than customers got drinks. Within 15 minutes of being there a guy had taken two soda drink brakes, though none of my business if that’s the way the manager wants to run the shop. It didn’t stop there, I order a salad and ask if there were any specialty salads and I was told yes. They come with lettuce... lol.. very funny, didn’t know salads didn’t come with lettuce aside from chicken salad...lol Sat down to eat and they didn’t give me dressing for the salad. I had to go back and ask for it, then I went back again because I didn’t get anything to eat with.. I guess my fingers were good enough... winner award... ask for something to eat my salad with and she gave me two spoons... really!!! Really!! I just could not believe it, so I asked one of the other employees for forks and she said “what about forks?”. Really? Can I get some please.. it was like pulling teeth. Going through the pain of eating here is beyond real... workers smoke too much weed... the service is horrible, oh and by the way.. they had run out of ketchup, ketchup cups, some sodas and fruit punch. I asked the manager if they had any more fruit punch and he looked at me like I was an alien and walked away without answering me anything just as if I was not there. I know he heard me because I asked twice and he just looked at me and mumbled something... I was beyond being angry... that place is only open because of...

We eat McDonald's a lot. The problem lately has been the customer service is dropped off tremendously the food is cold a lot. The difference between LaGrange McDonald's and Valley is the customer service I've never had a bad customer service experience in the range or Opelika unfortunately Valley has had some issues lately the assistant manager is very nice he always greets me by name unfortunately not everybody is that friendly and almost every time I go to the valley McDonald's they forget something I stopped even trying to complain because it's such a hassle as a matter of fact now they make it nearly impossible if you have an issue you have to go back and wait in line which is usually super long then they act like they don't believe you and if you've ordered on your app it's very hard to go back and show it at least it is for me I've noticed that Jack's in the valley has become the popular place to go just because of the line used to McDonald's had cars out to the road now it's Jack's every morning jacks has a huge showing while McDonald's only has a few there I hope this helps the good news about McDonald's in the valley is the managers are very nice and their drinks are much better than opelikas I hope this helps we don't just eat there in the morning we there at night but you could apply this to anytime nighttime service sometimes in the valley seems to be...
