The pork was cooked perfect and still juicy, not dried out and over cooked like most places. The Mofongo was really good too, but missing the crunchy chicharrones that are typically put in them. The truck is hidden behind a fence and large tarp with a couple plastic picnic tables to sit and eat, so it's easy to miss as you drive by.
