Panda Garden — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

I gave this restaurant a couple of chances but I just had it this time.

Once I ordered sesame chicken lunch special. The chicken is fried with flour and when I looked closely at it, it was not even chicken cubes but sort of chopped chicken meat that were clumped up and deep fried. And I could see it was more flour than the chicken in it. I could not eat the rest of it. I have to tosh it away.

Then another time I ordered the special ... with scallop. I checked it was fake scallops. So disappointed to have to pay more for something made out of flour. So..yeah beware when you order the special with scallops.

Today I ordered a Twice Cooked Pork. Last time I bought it from China Delight a little further place by Rt 739 also and it was delicious and it came with lo mein. So ...I ordered the same from Panda Garden. OMG...It was more cabbage with a little bit of pork. And the pork was not even twice cooked. the name is Twice Cooked Pork..Duh!! Bummer!

This is only my 7th review EVER, but felt it necessary. One star is too much! I don't even know where to start... I am new to the area, and eat Chinese at least once a week... I went in with my father today May 24th, 7 p.m. and there were a total of 6 empty tables with 4 seats at each table. No one was in there, except for an extremely nasty, abrupt cashier that had taken our order, (and a cook) and told us she was too busy to have us dine in. So, once our food was ready we had left to go home and eat. Chop suey--The rice was dry, the beef was all cartilage, the vegetables were not cooked. Shrimp & mixed vegetables--- dry rice , undercooked vegetables , and extremely salty . Luckily both of our dinners were very small portions. The worst I've ever had. Horrible customer service. I ordered one thing ahead of time. Got there and kept being ignored for 15 min as well as the guy in front of me who walked out in frustration. The lady behind the counter kept waiting on people that came after me and kept answering the phone. I asked if I can pick up my order and she looked at me, didn’t say a word and walked away. At that point I walked out. I will never go here again. Sad because when the old owners had this place the food and service was excellent. It’s going downhill. Panda Garden if your reading this please keep in mind that your customers keep you in business. If you keep treating your customers this way they will continue to walk out until your no longer in business. Guess you didn’t...
