There are a couple things bad about this place.
1.) Pick up I had to wait with everyone else in line despite putting in a call order. The restaurant doesn’t have a separate waiting line for the those that called in. On top of that they keep your food outside of the oven, so by the time you get it. The food is lukewarm at best. They do not even call you when your food is ready. So why ask for a phone number if you aren’t going to use it.
2.) Quality of food I ordered a large order for my party. Everyone who ate their food said it was probably the worst they have had. It seemed as if everything was rushed and put together by a toddler. I ordered wings and they were boneless. They were literally chicken nuggets in sauce. They weren’t even drenched. So dry and bland. Someone who has the calzone said it was just stuffed and the cheese was not even melted. So we put it in the microwave to try and melt it. The pizza was overall pretty tragic. As I said before everything was lukewarm.
3.)Point of improvement I think this spot can be okay not great by any means. They just can’t seem to make good food. But I do want to be of some help. I think they should invest in ovens that will help keep the orders hot. Also having a separate line for pickups. Another thing is use the phone number that you ask for to call someone and let them know their order is ready.
4.)Price This spot was expensive. If your food was good I would pay the price. I can’t see how all of this was worth the price I paid. If I were other customers. I would drive that extra 30 minutes to Visalia to get food. This place doesn’t justify its high fees for the quality.
I hope Pizza Factory can produce some awesome food. I just don’t think their slogan is up to par at the moment. “Awesome food, Awesome people, Awesome times, Awesome is what we do”. From my experience awesome would not be...
