Starbucks — Restaurant in Kissimmee

The person at the register was great. The barista though, she did not make my drink correctly and then was extremely rude when I asked if she could please add what was ordered. She turned and said that I have to order it be made that way. I had. It was on the cup. But she's already made it wrong and couldn't fix it without making another one but I took it anyway. Why the attitude? I told her I ordered it the way I was asking her to make it and she then looked at the cup. I paid for extra pumps I didn't ask for and didn't even get them because she hadn't...

During my recent visit to Starbucks, yet again, I couldn't get a simple decaffeinated cold brew. It's disheartening for such a large chain like Starbucks to not offer this. (This is the reason for giving only one star).

The service and treatment at this specific location were good, but I left feeling disappointed once more.

It's clear to me that Starbucks, both here and in Brazil, is no longer an option for someone who drinks a lot of cold...

Mobile order... Estimated an ontime of 1.5 hrs. Which is fine, but I kept track of my order status.. The status disappeared meaning I was unaware it was done sooner. The complaint is not for the employees but the system. It should of told me it was done early .my stuff was cold and melted.. unacceptable system.. send some notification ITS DONE sooner !
