This place is really out of the way behind a smoke shop and you wouldn’t find it if you weren’t looking on google maps but the food was fantastic. I got the Falafel wrap and Chicken Shawarma Arabi combo meal that comes with fries and a drink. Everything is very reasonably priced for the amount of food you get. The flavors and texture were delicious, the wraps had a very nice crunch, the falafel wasn’t dry at all, the chicken was nicely seasoned and juicy, the garlic sauce had a nice creamy garlic flavor that’s not overpowering and the coleslaw and pickles gave it a nice refreshing crunch. Highly recommend you give Toshka a try if you’re in the area, it IS delicious. NOTE: Do be patient with the chef as he is working out of a really small and tight kitchen. If your order takes a little bit longer than the quoted time then it takes a little bit longer but it is worth the wait!

Tucked between Fairy Lake and a smoke shop off 17-92, the Toshka food truck feels like the textbook definition of a hidden gem. Absolutely incredible Syrian flavors, warm and friendly service, and a great lakefront view in a cozy garden-like space helped make our experience there fantastic. The toshka, sujuk, and chicken shawarma are all so good that we took some extra to-go to eat later. The toshka comes with a really nice coleslaw, pickles, and tomatoes. They were out of hummus by the time we got there, so we’ll have to go back again soon to try it. It felt like our food came out in no time at all, and we got to enjoy it while watching the start of a nice sunset on the lake. This was the perfect place to eat after taking a walk at Spring Hammock Preserve just a few minutes away.

I have been in Orlando/the US, for almost 8 years now and this is by far the best Shawarma I have ever had in the states!!! If you have ever tried Shawarma in the middle east, you would know what I am talking about and even if you haven’t, be prepared to get addicted to this place! I have eaten there 3 times over the last couple of weeks. I started making Shawarma at home because I couldn’t find one in Orlando with really delicious garlic sauce, until now! I am so happy to say I will be going there more times than I will make my own. I highly recommend the Arabi platter… it is to die for. 🤤 You can also take your dog since it’s outside.

I came here to pick up a DoorDash order and the experience was terrible. I had to wait for 10+ mins for him to even come out from the smoke shop and then had to wait an additional 20 mins for him to make the order because he wasn’t paying attention to orders coming through prior to me arriving. He made the food without gloves, kept going from the food truck to smoke shop and back and forth touching everything then touching the customers food. A large knife that he was using for the order, kept hitting his clothing and all doors he came across. Very unsanitary and disappointing to see.

EDIT: the owner responding in that manner confirms everything that I said, if he was able to pinpoint which exact person left this review for him. I’m glad that you submitted footage to the company so they can see how much you cross contaminated the customers food with germs from other items and put the customer at risk. A hit dog will holler and your angry demeanor comes from being mad that I left a review of my own observations. you deflecting and calling the truth “poison and lies” says a lot about you and your professionalism. Saying I couldn’t see you because of the “sun shining on my car” is hilarious and a poor attempt of a coverup. And I most definitely did leave the order for another driver to pick up since I already spent so long waiting and watching you prep the order is...

We ordered Catering for a company lunch of 15 people. We ordered a combination of Chicken Shawarma and Falafel pitas, with Fries, garlic sauce, and hummus. The food was OUTSTANDING. It was so delicious we had no leftovers from the meeting. Everything was made fresh, but still on time. The service was so exceptional, Ezzat really listened to my requests and took my order seriously. The service was unlike any other place I have been. All the food is Halal which is a big deal for us, some of our team members only eat Halal and catering for a company event is always a struggle here. Especially to find something non-Muslims will also enjoy. This was a super easy decision to make for us and we WILL be back. I will also be back with my own family. And the garlic sauce was really my favorite part, I saved it and I plan to dip everything I eat in it. 10/10 you MUST try this authentic food truck. I cannot say enough great...
