I'm not sure if it just me but everytime I pull up to a Taco Bell while there suppose to be open no one will acknowledge me at the speaker. I am at the one on Washington Ave in Ocean Springs and I made sure I was here 45min before they closed and everyone ignored me while I kept saying HELLO -HELLO. Then while I was waiting for someone to answer me,I read the reviews on yelp. So I sat here to see if anyone would acknowledge me at the drive thru speaker, meanwhile the ordering screens light shuts off. Then I pulled up and sat for a moment at the window and the girl open the window with her HEADSET ON and assures me that their closed. I proceeded to inform her that I have been sitting at the ordering speakerfor 30 min. She just looked at me like she didn't understand me while she shut the window. I have learned that when a situation accursed, you listen, apologize, and fix the problem. My hypothesis is that the COMPANY doesn't care about customer service because every taco bell I visit ithroughout Mississippi, the employees have absolutely no Guess service, no training, or doesn't care. Your employees represent the company as a whole so when you only hire people that that treat YOUR CUSTOMERS like your inconveniencing them because you just wanted something to eat, then your customers feel like the company must not care about the business they have! Since this post I have gone back to this location four or five times and received steak burritos instead of chicken every time that I’ve ordered. I went into the store today because my order was wrong and the manager assured me that I received chicken as I ordered. Once I made it home, I saw that they were steak.
Also, no matter how much sauce you ask for or if you say you want none they give you a bag full of sauce. This is where they’re losing money. The size of the burritos are half the size that they’re supposed to be if they would not give away so many sauces, maybe they wouldn’t lose so much money. I ordered a steak quesarita and was charged for a steak quesadilla. I would have been ok with it, but the quesadilla had next to no filling in it. This is the very reason I stopped going to Taco Bell for years. They do not put anything on the bread.

Read moreI'm a truck driver meaning I am unable to use the drive thru. With most dining rooms closed, fast food restaurants have relented and let people walk thru the drive thru. I approached this restaurant and to no ones suprise, dining room was closed. I walked around to the window. There were no less than three employees in the window. One of them even gave me a little wave so no one can say they didn't realize I was there. I stood there as car after car was went through. Every time I tried to approach the window it was slammed in my face. The person handing out orders seemed determined to not acknowledge my presence. After standing there sweating (temperature was above 90) I walked back towards the dining room door only to be told to go to the window.
