Let me first say, I’m California raised. While googling boba places, there’s not many that stay open late and I keep wondering why Florida has this habit of closing up early especially boba spots. Boba was a huge thing where many would crave at night.
Now this place did it right. The customer service, selection, vibe. It all reminds me of how the boba spots were in California. With that being said, I miss finding places like this. It’s a big reason why this is one of the few spots that will continue to grow and be a long lasting spot.
Why this place is bound to be successful: Amazing staff. Stephen/Steven, the boss, is very interactive with his customers and makes sure every single one of his customers are taken care of. It’s shown through his staff. Because he checks up on his customer, his team follows. A great boss makes great a team.
The selection and pricing. The prices are normal standard of what you see any places with this kind of selection will be. There’s nothing to say there because it’s affordable and reasonable in this market. We got the mint chocolate ice cream, espresso chip ice cream, Oolong milk tea with tapioca, and an original bubble waffle with butter cream (complimentary sample from the boss). Again, great service. That’s how you win customers is provide a free sample out of generosity and exposure. Back to the flavors, ice cream was smooth. Very flavorful and addicting. The milk tea is one of my favorite flavors to try at any boba spot and it’s really hard to get right. It has a very deep flavor that really hit home. I was impressed. I’m not going to forget talking about the tapioca balls. Many boba spots tend to forget that hard boba is not good boba. It means that it’s not fresh and it’s been sitting out too long. Soft boba is the way to go. This place has soft fresh boba and I can tell they make sure they have fresh boba at all times.
Lastly, the environment. I instantly get lured to an environment that has comfortable lounge seats, rave lights, a variety of games and dope artwork especially just from looking at Google pictures prior to visiting. When a boba spot plays EDM music, it’s bound to be good vibe great time. You want to feel welcomed and be comfortable to stay as long as you like as soon as you walk in.
11/10 would recommend to anyone whether you’re boba/ice cream/gelato fanatic or just a family that wants to keep your kids entertained. This is the spot to be.

Read moreOUTSTANDING This place is a must if you’re in the area! It was found by my friend who was sent out on the hunt for boba for our daughters. After stopping a few places, and frustrations rising, he finds white igloo. But, found it 20 min before they opened. The owner Steven saw him outside and graciously opened early. We stopped back about 4-5 more times over our trip and every time the staff was super friendly, drinks were amazing- including frozen coffee, iced coffee, milkshakes, boba tea and smoothies. For me, you can have the best food and drinks, but if the customer service or staffs personalities suck, I won’t go back. They all are the epitome of excellent customer service! The bubble waffle ice cream/gelato cone is an absolute MUST!! They had the best homemade gelato I’ve ever had! The Biscoff flavor is where it’s at! They even helped celebrate my friends son’s birthday with cupcakes for the kids, a shake, balloon, and a birthday song! 110% recommend White Igloo!!!! Steven- thank you so much for the hospitality every time we stopped by! You guys are definitely doing it right!! Love, your new friends...
Read moreI visited White Igloo last night, and I have to say, the ambiance is absolutely adorable! From the moment I walked in, it was clear that a lot of thought and investment went into the decor. The place is nicely arranged, and they even have games set up for customers to enjoy while indulging in their ice cream. The service I received was fantastic. The employee who took care of me was very friendly and attentive, which made my experience even more pleasant. However, I do have some reservations about the pricing. I ordered a small bubble waffle with a single scoop of gelato, and it came to $15. While the gelato and ice cream I sampled were delicious and clearly homemade, I found it hard to justify the cost for what I received. For that price, I could easily buy three pints of Ben and Jerry’s or make my own waffle at home for much less. I think White Igloo should reconsider their pricing strategy, as it could deter potential customers who appreciate quality but also seek value. Overall, I enjoyed my visit, but unless the prices change, I may hesitate to return. (Attached is a photo of my treat...
