Starbucks — Restaurant in Florida

There was an older woman taking the orders inside today. Two guys walked in just ahead of me and apparently, it was their life's goal to let the woman know they especially came in to see her and the proceeded to tell her for 15 minutes all about their lives, where they were moving to, what they did for work, how happy they were to see her again...on and on....I was not blocked by these two guys, she could clearly see that I was waiting and instead of saying to them 2 minutes, Let me take your order so the gentleman behind you doesn't have to wait any longer", she just let them gush on and on. Who are these people that live in world that only revolves around them. They didn't even order any coffee. When I finally got to order she asked how I was doing and I wanted to say not good after that...but I didn't. I paid with a $50 and she gave me a bunch of singles and 5s as if I was going to tip her. "Oh yes!, thank you for making me wait 15mins to order, here's 3 bucks! I would have given $4 if you made me wait 20mins."...

This place literally employs Angels!!!! 😇 I live in Oldsmar but jsut so happened to be over this way so I went there with my daughter and dog Abigail. After ordering, we pulled up to pay but my card wouldn't work. (LAME- can a girl just get a coffee and a sandwich 🙄) The sweet lady working the drive thru showed me it wouldn't go through. So I took my card and went around the building to get back in line and call my bank. They said they didn't see what the error was and that I had, well let's just say more than enough on there to pay for my order. As I pulled up again to pay, yep you've guessed it, The Card was Declined!!! I thought I was just going to have to go back home empty handed, which was understandable, it wasn't their fault and I couldn't pay, but they gave us our order!!! Most definitely...

Ordered at 10:20am. Got my drinks at 10:37am. Just got my food at 10:56am! Going to be late to my eating. I’ve never been more frustrated with a starbucks. Clearly understaffed or something. I saw people finish their drinks before getting their food. I saw people leave without their last food item or two because they got one, but they never got the others in time. I think this was mainly due to the fact that whoever was in charge of the food went to the back for a little while. They probably had a good reason, but this was still unacceptable. In my opinion. Not their fault but on the fall of management I think. I don’t know what the problem is but it should change whatever it is. Waiting nearly 40 minutes. Should never...
