Called my order in ahead because I know that the food here usually takes about 20 minutes at least to receive. I ordered 15 chicken tenders tossed in mild buffalo sauce with extra crispy potato wedges. I got there 30 minutes after I placed my order and my food still wasn't done. Once my food was done and I paid the $25 I decided to check the food because the last few times I ordered they didn't toss my chicken. And once again, the chicken was not tossed. I said "hey hun they didn't toss the chicken can you fix it please" the girl (brooke) then asked the cook to toss them, the cook looked directly at me and shook his head no. Thats when I got aggrivated, my response was "they do it every time why can't I have them tossed?" He then very aggressively grabbed my food of the counter. I was speaking to my friend who was with me and said "man this is crazy, 35 minutes and my food isn't even right yet" the girl brooke then looked at my friend and very rudly yells out "it's not fault, OK?" I was very taken back and my friend says "never said it was your day we just want what we ordered". Once they tossed them and we received them I noticed another customer storming out of the building unhappy and her response to me was "I'm scared to complain like you guys did because I feel like my food will get spit in". It's really sad that customers are afraid to correct their order because the employees are so intimidating. So I finally got home and opened my $25 dollar box of food. First thing I noticed was they tossed it in hot buffalo not mild, so immediately I knew my kids weren't going to be able to eat the dinner I just spent all that money on. Second thing I noticed was they just threw my chicken into the box directly on top of my potato wedges. Like I mentioned before I asked for them.extra crispy. Not only were they not crispy at all, but now theubwere also DRENCHED in hot sauce. So I call up there and Brooke once again with her nasty attitude tells me that managers are only there on Mondays at noon. For real? I asked her to take my name and number with a message and she was so incredibly nasty about it all. I really hope that somebody contacts me ASAP. I've never been so upset about how I was treated at a restaurant. Totally unnessicary how they were treating myself and the other woman who's food...
Read moreOrdered at the drive thru. The employee who took the order was kind, courteous and patient. She explained the Specials of the Day and waited for me to get my order straight: a Greek Salad with a Gyro (one of the Specials of the Day); a Fried Shrimp Dinner with Rice; a Chicken Shawarma with Fries; and a Baklava. This place is the REAL DEAL! First and foremost, they got the order correct!!! The Greek Salad was outstanding with fresh Romaine, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Red Onions, Calamata Olives and a scoop of delicious Potato Salad. The Salad Dressing was fantastic, and I added some of their homemade Tzatziki Sauce - a yogurt, cucumber and garlic MUST. The Gyro was great, with chopped red onion, tomato slices, more of that tzatziki and lots of shaved gyro meat that was crispy and juicy and spiced just right! Oh, the pita bread was super fresh and tasty too. The Fried Shrimp Dinner was just as good! At least 8 large shrimp, seasoned and lightly battered and fried perfectly. The rice was just rice, but it had a seasoning that made it so good! And their cocktail sauce was pretty darn good for packaged sauce. The Chicken Shawarma was also outstanding! Shaved, seasoned white meat chicken rolled up in a thin flat bread, with slivers of dill pickle and tzatziki sauce. It's a flavor explosion. And it's huge - at least a foot long! The fries were really good. Thick cut steak fries that were crisp and crunchy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. If all that wasn't enough (it was more than enough), the Baklava may have been the star of this all-star meal! Layers of phyllo dough, pistachios and honey - absolute...
Read moreOnly gave 1 because their tzatziki sauce was great. Ordered from them because I loved their locations in Tampa off Busch & in Riverview off 301, but I was definitely sadly disappointed. I understand that although the delivery is .8 miles away (literally 3 minutes up the road with 1 light) from their store & delivery is through another company, but if you were able to give me a 45 minute delivery ETA INCLUDING the ETA of the driver would be 35 minutes I do not like that it felt as though the freshness in the equation was thrown out the window. My gyro and fries were cold. My grilled chicken gyro has chicken so dry it literally was a chalky almost dusty texture I have never had chicken like that. The sauce truly was great and enough on the gyro, but if the main protein is bad your whole meal is bad. Also I have never seen fries that are almost a grey tint because they look so see through because the inside isn’t cooked enough. They look as though it was just a higher temperature to crisp outside without cooking inside. I am was truly so sad because I had to eat and pay a meal I was anticipating with such high hopes and low blood sugar to satisfy and help me. If I literally wasn’t shaking and about to pass out from being so weak and dizzy waiting to eat I would’ve just just had my husband take me to get a refund.
Wish y’all the best, but I know for a fact I will not be recommending anybody to there just be...
