UPDATE: Although Marco's Pizza offered a gracious response to this and other previous reviews, they advise people to follow-up with them through social media when that is actually NOT possible. There is no messaging interface on the location's FB page, and their corporate Twitter account has not been active since 2022. More insult and rip-off to their customers by hiding through Kafkaesque bureaucracy.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS LOCATION.
Placed my order in advance for pickup. Arrived at the "promised" time. Was told it wasn't ready and I'd have to wait.
Then when the pizza was ready the salad wasn't. More wait. And no offer of at least a soda while I waited despite the mounting inconveniences.
They tell me it's all ready and then when I inspect the salad it's the WRONG SALAD. Oh--the delivery driver took the wrong salad. 🤦🏾♀️
At this point I ask for the manager (aka adult in charge), give her the rundown and tell her I'd rather get a full brefund and go to the Marco's on Pat Booker (which had yet to screw up my orders).
The manager promises to make it right, makes me a fresh salad, and says that I would also be fully brefunded and credited on the app account from which I placed my order.
My pizza was cold by the time I got home and I never got the credit on the app.

Read moreI like it, but my daughter said it made her sick. (Not literally sick, like she was throwing up. It just didn't agree with her.) I've been to this one a couple times, and the last time I had to wait a long time for two pizzas. I ordered online before I left home, timing my arrival for when it said it should be done. When I got there, the manager said it would be about ten minutes after I paid at the counter, but I waited more like twenty-five minutes at the store. My kids were home alone. (They're teenagers, so I wasn't worried about safety. I just didn't want to be away so long.)
My point is that if the website is going to estimate a time, and it's half an hour off--- If the manager is going to amend the estimation, and it's fifteen minutes later than he says--- What's the point in estimating the time at all. Just tell the customer it'll be done when it's done, which is what the young lady finally told me when I asked at the counter (after I'd been waiting at the store for about twenty minutes).
I'm impressed because it's mainly a pick-up and delivery place but actually has seating where we could potentially eat in the store. Lots of places (pizza; pizza) don't let you eat there. And they have a military discount, which doesn't apply when things are on sale, but at least I'm...
Read morePlaced the online order. When my daughter went to pick it up, they did not acknowledge her. I placed the online order at 3:44. She arrived at 3:50. Once she got their attention, they said it would be 10 minutes before the order was complete. They didn’t bother to sack up our order, make sure she had her drinks and everything she needed. My daughter called me to tell me how bad the customer service was I was like well did you at least get the drinks Give them to me so she had to turn around and go back and get them. The lady behind the counter just pointed to the refrigerator in the lobby and said they’re in there this is World has come to that customer service is nonexistent. We should expect more from people that we are paying to provide us with food. Once my daughter got home with our food, I had the Pizzoli , chicken, bacon, ranch, and the bacon tasted old and it was super greasy. There was not a QR code on the front of the receipt for me to submit a survey nor did I receive an email to submit a survey as the back of my receipt said would happen.
