My 2 star rating does not reflect my satisfaction of Dunkin Donuts as a whole, but rather one happening that occurred yesterday in the Conway/Albany NH location. Per the usual, I went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 medium-hot- americanos. One with 5 creams and five sugars- the other six and six. The woman that took the order was kind and courteous,
"Here is the 5/5, and here is the 6/6", she said with a smile.
I took a sip and realized that they forgot the cream and sugar in my coffee. So I hopped out and brought it back inside and asked the gentleman to add the forgotten ingredients.
Again, the man was honey sweet in his apologies and went off to fix it. I got back in the truck, I took a sip and realized he had forgotten the sugar...
At this point I had sat in a line of traffic at the drive thru, I had stood in a line not once but twice at the counter and half hour or more of my morning was wasted on a cup of coffee (that I desperately needed)
So when I finally reached the counter, I was slightly miffed. I asked yet another woman to please put 6 sugars in the coffee. She stuck a pointed finger in the direction of the condament table and barked,
"Sugars over there" - emphasizing "there" with an air of sarcasm and notes of "Duh".
I told her I'd prefer it if she could do it ( I think the machines they use to dispense the sugar uses a different measurement and it is faster to push one button rather than tearing up packets)
She snatched the beverage from my hand, proceeded to exit her station walked to the condiments in exaggerated movements... took 6 packets of sugar and tore at them like a rabid animal, spilling half there contents over the counter.
I watched, mouth agape at this tantrum- feeling my own bubbling up to the surface at this insolent brat.
This was done solely to anger me. It took her more time to leave her station, open up single packets and tend to the mess she created rather that taking off a lid, sticking it under the dispenser and pushing a button . But her point needed to be made.
I had interrupted her routine and damn me for doing it.
So, as I would normally give my overall experiences a 4-5 star review... this one experience has me writing my first ever review and instead of clicking on 4-5 stars as I normally would and leaving the comments blank, I left feeling like I was deliberately mistreated by just one staff member. But it soured my experience and I will now go out of my way to travel to the next...
Read moreThese slack jaw people hate dogs and out of towners. Problem is, they seem to forget out of towners support their economy. Without us they’d perish.
The people here are the kind of idiots that put a “Trump” sticker with an American flag on their import Japanese car on the wrong side. I voted for him, that’s not the issue. The issue is people claiming to be true Americans who don’t realize that you should NEVER portray the American flag to be retreating. The sticker should have gone on the drivers side. Why do you think cops and military have a backwards flag on their right side?? BECAUSE THE AMERICAN FLAG DOESN'T RETREAT. Hicks.
ANYWAYS… for a slightly more relevant review….
Terrible service. I asked for a small hot cup with a bit of whipped cream for my dog. The woman rudely said “no we don’t do that”.
There was no one in line behind us either so it wasn’t busy.
I then told her I wanted it for myself and could charge me whatever and she was baffled and still refused.
We left the drive thru without purchasing anything at all.
Up the road in Tamworth they did it no problem. They even call it a “pup cup” on the receipt and only charged 1$. They were also nice and pleasant.
I would avoid this place...
Read moreI went here on a Saturday model morning and it was busy. I went through the drivethrou and order 2 coffee's and a order of hashbrowns. The woman who took my order confirmed my order as I said it and repeated it to me before asking me to pull forward. When I got to the window I paid and was given the coffee's but no hashbrowns. I asked for the hashbrowns but was told I wasn't charged for them. So I said I would pay for them and asked if I could get some. The girl at the window turned and vocalized she needed a order of hashbrowns. The manager than started loudly state her disapproval that I waited to get to the window to order. She continued her rant while the hashbrowns were being heated. So as I sat at the drivethrou window I got to listen to the manager loudly bashing me and how I was going to be the cause of everyone's order being delayed. There were probably 8 customers inside looking out at me as well as the staff working. Not only will i be calling the owners I will post the video of...
