I went and ordered some donuts three raspberry filled three lemon filled as I always like to eat. This particular night after I made it back from my long drive of work I stopped by Krispy Kreme as usual and got me a half dozen filled. So my normal routine give them my money get the box and leave. I placed the Krispy Kreme pastry box on my seats and continue to get back on Dave Ward Drive to go home. About halfway home I was hungry so I wanted to eat one of my pastries and I was going to give my son one but I was just going to wait till I got home and give him dinner and then let him eat. So I reached into the passenger side and got one of them out of the box because I knew they for sure were limited raspberry which is what I asked for and I only eat from there unless it is original but my favorite is lemon and raspberry. My mouth was watering because I wanted them all day and as soon as I bit down the most disgusting flavor I ever never could remember when it's in my mouth it was chocolate, I started panicking so bad because I know that I don't eat chocolate period because I have a allergic reaction to the cocoa plant or powder or whatever and it makes me break out very bad which you can see in the pictures. The picture with the UCA mask on was the day before I had the pastries the picture where I was all swollen and broken out was after I ate it. The come and go manager named Lee had an attitude with me about it and they told me that they were right my name in the books after I told them what had happened. I looked all over my truck and it wasn't a receipt in there and I do recall them not handing me a receipt because I said to myself at the time when I got the pastry box wow they just treat us like animals and don't give us no napkins or nothing or my exact words. I'm disgusted and disappointed that my favorite pastry place it's causing me to go through all of this and on top of it I had went to the store to pick up my food today and I figured it would maybe make me feel better because I went through all of this allergic reaction and couldn't eat no other type of pastries or nothing until I got this situated but I just wanted to make sure they were the correct ones this time and leave the manager gave me a very hard and complicated time and she even had an attitude with me over the stores messed up as a whole.
I think this is very undeserving and unfair for any human being to have to go through such a traumatic experience when all I did was wanted to get my food corrected for my heart-earned money that I spend but instead I got allergic reaction swollen eyes a swollen throat that I can barely swallow water and my skin is broken out and...
Read moreThis location is awful. The donuts are almost never hot, I can count on one hand the amount of times I’ve actually gotten hot donuts when I’ve gone there. I drove up there today and asked if the donuts were hot. The associate said “no”, of course, but said they would be hot in 20 min. I leave and come back and ask if the donuts are hot. Again, I was told that they would be hot in 20 min. This time I sat in the parking lot. After 20 minutes, I once again ask if the donuts are hot. They said they will be in 20 min. I told the associate I would be leaving a review and she said “ok”. I called to speak to a manager and someone who said his name was “Lee”, who was clearly not the manager, got on the phone. I explained how I kept being told the same thing over and over, as if they were playing. He expressed his laughable, fake apology and stated that the donuts would actually be ready in 20 min. He proceeded to say I probably missed when they were ready because they were running a BOGO promotion so they’d been busy. That’s hilarious because there was literally one person in line the first two times I went. The last time drove around, remember, I had been sitting in the parking lot and only one car came through. Are you suggesting that one car purchased all of the donuts? This location is full of childish, disrespectful kids who have nothing better to do than to play games with customers and are too lazy to do their jobs. They barely had 4 customers in the 3 times that I was there. No one wants to eat your cold, stale donuts that have been sitting there all day because you’re too lazy to make more. It’s probably a good thing that I didn’t order any, I wouldn’t want such vile people making my food. Shop local,...
Read moreA Morning Delight at Krispy Kreme in Conway...
There's nothing quite like starting your day at Krispy Kreme, and the Conway location proves why it's such a beloved institution. While the line was long, a clear sign of the early morning rush, the atmosphere was anything but rushed or stressful. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, taking the time to greet each customer with a genuine smile and make sure every order was perfect. They truly embodied the kind of hospitality that makes a quick stop feel personal and welcoming.
The real star of the show, of course, is the "Hot Now" sign. As soon as we walked in, the sign was glowing, a beacon promising pure, sugary bliss. And true to their word, a kind team member was there with a tray, offering a free, fresh-off-the-line Original Glazed donut to everyone who came through the door. That warm, melt-in-your-mouth donut, with its perfect glaze and airy texture, is an experience that can't be replicated. It's a reminder of why the simple things in life are often the best.
The Conway Krispy Kreme is a testament to fantastic food and even better service. It's a place that understands its product and its customers. When that "Hot Now" sign is on, it's your official invitation to stop everything you're doing and treat yourself to the best donut experience...
