Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Conway

I don't even know why I come to this sonic, but tonight, I decided I will not be back. In the past, I have got chicken a few times, and literally every time the chicken they give me is super old and dried out. I know how the food is suppose to look because I worked at Sonic in Searcy which is way better. Anyways, the food is horrible at this location, because most of it is old. They don't mix their slushes well, and they have really rude employees. Tonight, I was with a few friends, and we were having a great time. We all ordered slushes, floats, shakes, and snacks, and everything came out quick and tasted fine! Product was fine. After a while, we had been sitting there, laughing and just having a good time with each other, the manager, who was wearing a purple shirt and has tattoos, brunette with a beard, comes out and yells at us saying "I don't know if y'all are shooting a horror movie, but y'all need to settle down or I am going to have to ask yall to leave." Now, I can see how we were being rowdy, but the way he handled the situation was very unprofessional. You are suppose to handle your customers with great care no matter how they treat you. He did not ask politely in anyway. After that, the carhops there, every time they walked out to take food to customers, they would just give us dirty looks. Also, the carhops and manager were inside running their mouths and pointing at us, possibly talking about us. So, yeah I probably won't be back to this location. I placed an order through the app and waited after checking in. After about 30+ minutes, I walked up to the door and spoke to 2 different young ladies. They couldn’t locate my order so I showed them the receipt in the app and gave them the ticket number. They suddenly found it and said it would be right out. The food was cold and they only brought out one of my drinks and it was one wrong. I had ordered sweet tea but it was not sweet in least. When she returned with my coke, my husband and I both told her it wasn’t sweet tea and she argued saying it was. When we told her again it wasn’t, she stormed off and made a loud aggravated noise. When she returned I said thank you and she totally ignored me. Next time she can drink the unsweetened tea and then tell me I’m wrong. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING TREATED LIKE IM BOTHERING SOMEONE WHEN I DID NOTHING WRONG. I have gone to this Sonic for 7 years and I don’t know if it is under new management but it has just gone downhill. Today was the last straw. I never leave bad google reviews but I have never been treated so rudely by someone in customer service when I did absolutely nothing but ask you to do your job. My spouses order came wrong-asked for onions and mustard on a coney and for the third time it came out with no onions or mustard and hardly any cheese. I ordered a chili cheese coney and mine had no cheese. We also ordered French toast sticks with syrup and got no syrup. When I called to address the issue I was told I could drive back up there, which would take another hour to get there and home. When I said I can’t do that but wanted to let management know their staff was not correctly filling out orders for several weeks now I was hung up on.
