The Pasta House Food Truck — Restaurant in Conway

We ordered pasta house tonight from Grubhub. The order did not go as planned because there was no driver to pick up our order. By the time I called pasta house directly it was 9:30. They informed me that they were still waiting for someone to pick up my order. I felt terrible for making them stay so I went to pick it up myself. These people are amazing. Not only did they sit with my food until I could get there (an hour after they were supposed to close) but the food was still hot by the time we got it home. I am so impressed with the service they gave us tonight despite the situation they were put in and I’m extremely grateful for their generosity. So yes 5 stars hands down! The food is delicious and the people that run it are amazing! Thank you so much...

I think the price is just right considering the quality and quantity of what is provided.

I would prefer a thicker sauce than the milk-like consistency of the Chicken Alfredo sauce.

Sometimes it tasted like it was bland but once you get the sauce in the bite it helped a lot. If the sauce were thicker, each bite would have that kind of flavor.

Served fresh and hot. Came with sliced bread and garlic butter spread. Wouldn't mind if it was more garlicky. Very nice, though. Also would like if the bread was toasted.-- though the way it was is fine too.

It's better than Verona restaurant, which says a lot considering this is a truck and that's an entire building.

Got my order took it home after paying $23.50 for two orders. Opened the boxes and there was barely enough food to cover the bottom of the container. The portions were child sized. My husband took it back to get our money back (because that was a rip off) and the older guy got mouthy after my husband told him he wanted the money back. We aren’t paying $23.50 for child sized portions when we could get same thing for the same money at Verona's and it would be at least half full. I’m sticking with Verona’s. Don’t think this food trailer is worth it in Greenbrier, AR. The man can’t take criticism. Not acceptable in my book. He ought to be ashamed for taking advantage of people this way.
