As someone else posted, this location has problems. We visited about a week ago and the AC was out. When we inquired about it, one employee tried to tell us that the AC was actually working and that they had just worked on it the day prior. Today, we went back to give them a second chance. Most of the open tables were dirty and we had to clean off our own table with some water and napkins. It took 42 minutes from the time we ordered until we got our food. Several other parties in the restaurant had a similar wait time. However, the worst part was that when I went to the counter to ask about the status of our order, none of the staff seemed at all concerned and offered no apology or explanation whatsoever. When the food came about 10 minutes later, again there was no apology, thanks, or any other words spoken by the waiter at all. Now, I love Taco Bueno. It's good food at a decent price and they have the best refried beans in town. However, we will not be returning, at least to this location. Customer service is still important and a little common courtesy goes a long way in my book. Sorry, Taco Bueno, but there are too many other good places to spend my dining dollars...
Read moreFood and service is constantly good at this location. The general manager here is engaged with her customers and takes great pride in providing outstanding customer service. The dining room, as well as restrooms are always clean. No matter what I order, I always make sure to add a Taco Burger to go along with it. Tamales with chili sauce are a seasonal addition to the menu at this location. They are definitely worth trying. Whoever the owner is of this franchise... you have an awesome team running this restaurant. I don't know the general manager's name, but she is the reason my wife and I keep coming back for more. This Taco Bueno may not have the highest sales or traffic in the country, but I would be willing to bet that no other Taco Bueno has better food or service than the one here in Conway, Arkansas. Keep up...
