Pizza Paradiso — Restaurant in Conway

These people are so racist. My husband is black and over 6'. He went there to buy a slice of pizza at 9:50 PM. When he came in, they just starred at him and said we are closed. So he went to the gas station next to the restaurant. A few second later the cook from Paradiso walked in. My husband explained that he had wanted to buy a slice of pizza. So the nice cook said, I'll see what I can do. They both walked out of the gas station. He made my husband wait outside. While waiting...a car pulled up. So my husband kindly told the guy the place was closed. The guy then said, "I'm the owner." Not realizing my husband was holding a car key or wearing a wedding ring, the owner went inside and locked up behind him. WOW. This was still before 10 PM. If he had wanted to rob the guy, would he have told him the store was closed?! What the heck?! So rude! Then the cook came back out and handed him a slice of pizza without a box or anything. Just like that a greasy slice from his hand. So my husband asked, "I don't get a box?" The cook said, "these people didn't even want me to give you a slice." Are you kidding me??? He wanted to PURCHASE a slice of pizza but they treated him like a homeless person. Which by the way still deserve some respect. Unbelievable!!!! I will never buy anything from them again. First off the Pizza is amazing! The customer service is above and beyond! I asked if they had wine and the waiter said he would check, he came back and said he didn’t have any but that he would get some from next door and asked what kind I wanted, he sent another waiter next door to the gas station and got wine for me! He charged me a very fair price and even made sure he gave me a chilled glass! When we ordered dessert my son ordered a piece of cheesecake and my daughter asked if they had chocolate cake but they didn’t but he said he was going to make her something special! He gave her a free piece of cheesecake with chocolate sauce on it! It was so sweet! Oh and I don’t know if the cheesecake if bought or made but it was soooooo good!! I had a bite of my sons and I had to order a pieces for myself! We will definitely go here again when we are...

My Family put in an pick up order and we are not familiar with their Menu. I ask who ever was taking the order which meal has a dark sauce and doesn’t have any sun dried tomatoes, because I’m allergic to it. The person that was taking orders suggested something on menu. We pick up our orders and when we got home, my food has sun dried tomatoes in it. And I specifically told them I’m allergic. I called and tried to explained the mistake. I spoke with the owner Tony and all he said was you ordered the food with sun dried tomatoes that’s what your eating tonight and hang up. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.
