I went to buy something to eat, while I was inside the store my husband decided refill our tire but their air pump was not working and my tire lost all its air. When he went inside the store to find some solution the manager Jenny told us it was working well however a cashier offer herself to check it and help us (Jannie) she went out with us and told us that The air pump was damaged but customers used to take out the sing( their sign is a white plastic bag)...that means the manager lied to safe her responsibility. ..unbelievable and unprofessional. I called the call center customer support but they neither gave us a solution. ..they called a tow and I must to pay it for their fault ...is it fair? They MUST to put a sign. And in this case find a solution. The customer center agent called the mamager and suggested to do it. She told him she had one sign and that was a lie too. While we were inside the store trying to solve it they sent an employee to put a caution sign....too late for us but at least they finally put the sign. The only help received came from other customers who saw all situation and help us to find another tire to change it. Worst WaWa ever. Fui a comprar algo para comer a la tienda de wawa mientras compraba mi esposo decido ponerle aire a las llantas de la camioneta pero la bomba de aire estaba daƱada y no habia ninguna seƱalizacion al respecto, mi esposo y yo volvimos a la tienda buscando una solucion y la manager llamada Jenny levanto los hombros y dijo que funcionaba otra de las cajeras se ofrecio a ayudarnos y a verificar cuando llegamos a la bomba ella nos dijo que estaba daƱada que le habian puesto una bolsa blanca de plastico para seƱalar qur no funciona pero los clientes la quitaban ahi me di cuenta que la manager mentia por salvar su responsabilidad una actitud poco profesional. Llame al call center y tampoco ayudaron mucho me dijeron que se comunicarian con la tienda pero no hicieron nada me dijeron que me iban a llamar la grua y que yo la pagara. Yo no voy a pagar la grua por su incompetencia ademas DEBEN tener alguna SeƱalizacion de lo contrario es su responsabilidad. El sr del call center le dijo a la manager que pusiera la seƱal y ella dijo que ya tenia cuando era mentira tambien.
