DON'T BE FOOLED IF IT LOOKS CLOSED the sign on the front is only for the gift shop, the movies enter on the side. All seats are fine, popcorn is made fresh, it's a great setup. You should go.

Itā€™s a classic, real, old-time movie theatre that is also a store. Iā€™ve been there many times and always enjoy the vintage and eclectic atmosphere. I donā€™t drink coffee, so no idea on that area.

The Comet Theater is a hidden north woods treasure. I have been going there for years. Carol's fashion, accessories, home/cabin decor, gift selections are fantastic. I'm so thankful the theater has been preserved. It's fun to be able to see a movie there. I stopped in for coffee many years ago and keep going back every weekend I'm up that way.
