I'm sick and tired of Cindy's attitude. She's the GM of this location. I pulled up this morning and no one answered the speaker for over a minute. I said hello and she finally greeted me. Yes I verified it was her taking the order. I told her I had a coupon for a Frisco breakfast sandwich. She asked me if I wanted anything else I said no. She told me my total was $8 something. The coupon was for less than $4. I reminded her I just told her I had a coupon. She said she'll fix it at the window. She completely ignored what I told her to begin with OR simply wasn't paying attention. All she had to do was ask for the coupon code at the speaker to save time of having to change it later and giving me an incorrect total. Not to mention she failed to acknowledge there was a customer in the Drive-Thru within so many seconds they are required. She was rude to me weeks earlier when I came back with a fried egg biscuit that looked like someone stepped on it. Told her I wanted it replaced and she told me they were out of fried egg. Read moreI had eaten here before, and it was delicious, but I would have been better off to come home and eat something at my house than waste money at this place this time. For starters the burger and onion rings were room temp.which is disgusting to me . Food should be hot, and this definitely was not hot. Then, in eating the burger, the lettuce was soggy since ketchup was smeared all over, and the room temp piece of flavorless meat had slid halfway off the flat buns. I imagine the onion rings would have been good if they were fresh, and somewhat heated up. All said, it will a long time if ever that I will be back to this place. But in all fairness as well, it seems that many fast food establishment employees have lost the desire to exhibit pride in what they offer to the consumer, and instead just put the hours in to make a paycheck. Read moreHardee's gets no complaints from me as far as food goes but lately it seems as if they are having a hard time keeping employees & especially ones with anything that resembles a personality. I have rarely eaten inside the building but I frequent the drive thru on a fairly regular basis. I'm sad to say that lately one would think the drive thru employees had just heard the worst news of their life based on their lack of friendliness. I know that fast food jobs are not the most pleasant to have but it always made my shift go quicker when I was smiling & at least pretended to be glad to help folks enjoy their meal! Life is too short to be as unhappy as some of this crew acts as if they are. Maybe management could try something new to maybe help this crew show some pride in themselves & in their store??
