Starbucks — Restaurant in Cookeville

BEWARE CLOSES AT 7PM NOT 9PM. It states "confirmed " 10 weeks ago about the closing times. We google & see this location is nearest & thats 30 mins! Drive there and walk in at 7pm & the young lady said WERE CLOSED! It seems to m3 that in my experiences with many locations they just close when they want! 6pm...7pn...8pm... The purpose of stating your opening & closing times so that people can look to see if you are OPEN! WHEN IT SAYS OPEN & U DRIVE TO GET THERE 2 HOURS BEFORE CLOSE AND ITS CLOSED IS RIDICULOUS. NOT EVERYONE LIVES CLOSE BY TO JUST DROP IN BUT PLAN IT. UPDATE YOUR TIMES SO LOYAL CUSTOMERS WHO SPEND A LOT OF MONEY CAN GET A DRINK. REMEMBER...THIS IS WHERE " YOUR HAPPY...

This Starbucks is awesome! Ignore the single 1 star review bc it is not correct. I know the barista, Brianna, personally bc I work at the food city that this Starbucks is located in. Therefore, what is stated in that negative review is not what happened at all. I actually SAW what happened while I was on break. There was 1 person ahead of me. They apparently did not have enough funds for their order. The man left. I was up next. Breanna. The barista, asked .ME to wait because the man in front of me went to his car to get funds. I was ready to order 1 coffee and I had the funds available. Instead of taking MY order she made ME wait 15 minutes, THATS HORRIBLE Customer Service.
