Waffle House — Restaurant in Algood

Boyfriend and I came in early in the morning (~4 AM) before I went to work and the waitress we had dropped an entire rack of cups while making our drinks and PROCEEDED TO USE TWO OF THE FLOOR CUPS TO MAKE OUR WATERS. Neither of us drank it and my boyfriend nearly walked us both out, but I insisted we stay since I didn't wanna go anywhere else at the time and nothing else was open. The waitress then took our orders but didn't write it down and asked me about a burger I never said anything about. I could see the agitation in my boyfriend's eyes, but I tried my best to be understanding to her since she was working the night shift. Dirty floors, especially the booth areas, looks like the floor hadn't been swept or mopped in a few hours.

Employee's lunch dishes all over certain areas, uncleaned and not taken care of.

Menu wasn't cleaned off, mine had milk all over it from a previous customer.

Employees were working, but their work was lackluster and more relaxed (Not an issue, however in comparison to other Waffle House locations, it is sub par performance)

My dish (chicken hashbrown melt) had barely any cheese.

These waffle houses Never can get my order right. I asked for an egg and cheese grits bowl with a side of potato w onions and peppers. I get egg and cheese with potatoes and toast. Never asked for toast and she gave me no grits. Then when I complained about the food being wrong she tried to charge me more for the grits. I will never go back to this location again.
