Today made the 3rd time of my partner and I coming to this location. The first two times were fantastic. We actually had the owner serve us both times and he was so kind and cheerful. Today we went through the drive thru around 2:29pm 04/14/25. A woman came up to the window and went to hand us a bag. We were confused, because we didnât know my sundae was coming in a bag with a lid on it and my partner forgot I got that and thought I had a milkshake. Another member came over and let us know that it is what we ordered, they just had it in a bag. Then the woman came back with our cappuccino blast. Had she told us our sundae was in the bag when handing it to us, we would not have been confused. This put a very very bad taste in my mouth. Iâve been 3 times within two weeks, now Iâm unsure if Iâll ever be back. The cappuccino blast also tasted very watered down. Like they used too much ice or not enough cappuccino. This Baskin-Robbins is one of the newer spots, located just off the 111 exit right across the street from McDonaldâs. The ice cream is what youâd expect from Baskin-Robbins: consistent, classic flavors with plenty of options for kids and adults alike.
Theyâve got a drive-thru, which is a nice touch, especially when parking is limited (which it often is). On our last visit, my wife mentioned that the wait time was longer than usual, with a line that actually wrapped around the small lot, so be prepared during busy hours.
All in all, it's worth trying, especially if you're in the mood for something sweet and don't mind a little wait. Just try to avoid peak...

My first bit i felt something go between my teeth, i look down and theres a hair sticking out of the ice cream.. my boyfriend takes it back for me and gets me a new one and it was fine for a little bit until i was eating on it and then found ANOTHER hair. I thought maybe it mightâve been something blown onto it or something. I picked it out guessing it was maybe an eyelash and it was longer, like maybe it had come off of a males head. Waste of money, i threw it away. I can understand the first.. but the second!? It makes me wonder if the entire batch just...
