Taco Bell — Restaurant in Algood

I haven't eaten fast food in like 3 years and I was only coming here for 8 bean burritos because the meat and what they put in it is basically poison, but I digress lol. Or was it 10 bean burritos I got🤔🤔? It was 8 or 10, but that's all I got and it was like over 20 dollars🙄! Not to mention, they seem like they got smaller and less that they put in the burritos. I was also hungry, like 3 hours later after eating 5 bean burritos. I don't know what they put in those beans burritos but man all I did was fart the entire next day🤣. Not joking.

It's definitely not worth it to come here anymore between price, quantity, quality and it's just terrible for your health to eat here in general. It would be better to down a bottle of whiskey than eat their toxic waste they call food. I was just in a hurry, which is why I came here. Last time too. Besides, what I came here for they apparently don't have on the menu anymore. The Double-decker Taco 😒😒😒🤦. When did they get rid of that🤔?

The people serving you acted like they hated it there and wanted to die. But that being said, I don't blame them either. This is twice in the last 3 weeks. I went to the drive-thru window so I could return to work asap. The food is always good and the time spent at the windows not too bad. But, both times, of course, when I'm in a rush, my order was incorrect? So, I have to go inside and let them know that they messed up my order. Then, when I go inside, it's sorta chaotic from what I see? A woman 2 customers in front of me had the same thing happen her drive thru order is incorrect.. the woman behind her called in her order, and it's not ready, and she's not happy. I let them know about my order, and I am told okay just a second, please. Fine. I thought? I kept up with the time and the lady that called her order in waited another ten minutes and the whole time I was still waiting for my order to be filled that I paid for at drive thru almost 20 minutes ago now? Then another employee asked me if they could help. I repeated my dilemma, and in less than 30 seconds, she had corrected my order, apologized, and sent me down the road. I think I will continue to go to the Taco Bell on Jefferson in Cookeville, TN. This one in Algood has 2 strikes in a row against it far as Im concerned. Somebody's not paying attention to detail. I've been to this location on quite a few occasions and I have noted a decrease in quality these past two visits.

My second to last visit I ordered a sausage crunchwrap combo. The crunchwrap was lukewarm and very obviously cold in a few spots.

This most recent trip I ordered a quesadilla along with a chalupa combo. Can't speak for the quesadilla as I did not eat it, but the chalupas? The entire point of the chalupa is soft and flaky goodness. These were neither. They were exceedingly chewy and extremely hard which is a somewhat impressive feat. Sadly it was also overwhelmingly disappointing.

Usually, I don't complain too much about Taco Bell. But considering that combo prices have gone up to meet if not exceed most other fast food places (and some sit down places) I now hold Taco Bell to the same standard.

I would not accept this food from other places charging the same or even less so I will not accept it from Taco Bell.
