Chinatown — Restaurant in Coolbaugh Township

Ordered a large beef and broccoli and large vegetable fried rice. Asked can they steam the broccoli. Okay okay okay. When I got there, paid for food, went to the car check my food. No large vegetable fried rice. When I got home the broccoli was not steamed. And, the beef was still pink. Went back in to mentioned about the ordered. I was told I should come in and order my food next time.

I have ordered from here before and this is the first time today I have ever had a complaint.

I would like to know what would be the difference in ordering over the phone(as I always do) or ordering in person if the order was repeated to me the way...

Let me just preface this by saying. Chinatown Chinese food has to be the worst Chinese food known to mankind. I went there to get some Chinese food because I was super hungry and just got off from work. When I order my food the boy who registered me had no manners and was very rude. I got my food and they charged me an extra $15 tip. When I ate my food at home I noticed hairs in it and it was poorly cooked and still cold. My home girl told me a story about how she got a shrimp toast and she almost projectile vomited from how sour and old the shrimp taste was. It’s good to say I will not be returning and nobody...

I ordered a simple meal. One dinner, one scallop and one apple stick. By the time i left work git home to eat no Apple sticks. I called and explained. The wife insisist that she gave to me no problem. Lost a great customer. I never complain never in 9 years. Five star from now on. Check your cameras. Yes i was rushing ordered my food at 2:30 3:00 still mot done i ordered one plate of general chicken scallops. She says she gave me two bags why?? It was only a plate of food.. you keep those apple sticks as much business as me and my family gave your restaurant. Im done! Small...
